    Residence (2006), 2 storeys, very quiet with small balcony, closed bicycle storage, intercom and private parking.

Le logement dispose de tout l'équipement pour passer un agréable séjour. Il est idéalement situé à 10 min a pied de la plage de Trestraou. Le petit balcon (bien que donnant vue sur le parking) est un plus pour un apéro à l'extérieur ou pour faire sécher les serviettes. La propriétaire a été très accueillante et de bon conseil pour les visites de sites.

Temps d’hiver mais sans pluie Très bonnes ballades Ville de Perros Guirec très animée en cette période de fin d’ann Sentier des douaniers jusqu’à Ploumanac’h depuis l’appartement aller retour 13 km très pittoresque. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement où rien ne manquait. Situé dans un petit immeuble bien entretenu et calme. Le centre ville se situe à une dizaine de minutes à pied ainsi que la plage. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous retournerons sans problème dans cette location et je la conseillerais à des amis.

- Description de l'annonce conforme à la réalité : appartement très agréable et clair, parfaitement fonctionnel. Mais l'emplacement situé dans un quartier résidentiel n'est pas au centre-ville et nécessite une voiture surtout pour les personnes âgées à cause des routes en pente; l'environnement immédiat de la résidence est un peu déprimant. Location idéale pour trois personnes, le clic-clac du salon est en effet un peu étroit pour deux personnes adultes. - Propriété très propre et très bien entretenue. - Excellent accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a fourni des explications et de la documentation touristique pour que nous réussissions au mieux nos vacances. Propriétaire très disponible. - Je recommanderais cette location . - Lieu de vacances propice à la marche à pied et à la découverte de beaux paysages.: île de Bréhat , Paimpol, patrimoine religieux riche, Ploumanach...Mais peu de soleil la semaine où nous y étions, et la mer est très froide; le lieu ne se prête pas au farniente sur la plage. Idéal pour des vacances actives et sportives.
