"Excellent property. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful. Overall I highly recommend this property."

"The house is lovely. The location for beach holiday or doing travelling around Cornwall is great and can be recommanded. We had a great time there. There were some issues that would be good to know: The house is advertised for 10 people, but there is only 4 bedrooms, the last couple will have a sofabed. Next to the sofabed are no storage facilities for clothes and it becomes quiet busy in the living room. The layout of the house regarding the bathrooms is not ideal. Making the top bathroom a...

"Pictures made the house look more luxurious than it really is. Disappointed with the lack of wardrobe space, only two of the bedrooms had them, and they still had the owners clothes in! One bedroom had storage at all. No welcome pack with details regarding things like nearest supermarket, doctors, recycling etc. Overall a spacious house but not worth the money we paid for the week."

"Everything in the property was new so we were thoroughly spoilt and just loved staying there for our two week holiday in Perranporth. We are an elderly couple and needed help getting our luggage from the boot of the car to the flat, which was happily arranged for us. You just cannot go wrong booking this apartment."
