The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating.
