Amazing

Amazing hotel with great location. Two beaches nearby, nice pool areas, and very friendly staff. Short walk to other parts of the island. The food is good, but not amazing and therefore quite overpriced. It's also a long waiting time to be served at the main restaurant. The staff is friendly, however sometimes seem a bit distant and not observant, but all in all, the service is very good. We went in beginning-middle of March, and the island is just starting to open, so the activities are a bit limited, especially if you go to Long beach (opposite side of the island from the hotel). The weather was also more rough on the other side, but on the hotel-side it was amazing. So, if you are going during the shoulder season, this hotel seems to be perfect!

This is one of two expensive places on the small island. The other is about the same in price but just a motel with a better location. This property is many classes above all the others and a strong competitor for hotels and resorts anywhere. The only issue is that unless you want a full service restaurant there are no real options for just snacks.

The service was terrible. Not because the staff was not friendly (in contrary, every single one of them was superfriendly!) but there was simply not enough service staff for the entire hotel. This has led to countless frustrated moments, starting from check-in, continued with room cleaning, waiting for hours for a restaurant bill, … , until the very moment of unorganized leaving where we nearly missed our boat. What a pity!

This was a lovely, luxurious place to stay. Truly a 5* hotel. + Very clean everywhere + Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help + Excellent amenities, especially the dive centre + Food was nice + Pools were great + Buggy service was useful + Good location for a variety of activities + WiFi coverage was excellent - On site retail could be improved - TV was unreliable (this didn't matter to us much) - No labelling of food allergens: The buffet at Dapur was nice however limited for Gluten Free travellers. They did not have GF pasta and could not make GF crepes. There also seemed to be a big lack of understanding regarding cross contamination/GF. When I asked on the first day what was suitable for me, a chef came out and pointed at a few dishes saying "maybe" and shrugging. I was pretty much left to guess. They did make me GF pancakes/waffles for breakfast however this took a long time to arrive. One chef (Mi?) was really good and actually told me I couldn't have the GF waffles due to cross contamination despite being given them the day before by a different person. I did get sick once after eating something that was "maybe" GF (it wasn't!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Très bel établissement, en terme d'équipements, de services, personnel au petit soin. Cadre paradisiaque. Cependant, le chek in a durée 2 heures pour y passer 1 nuit, bien trop long!. Accessibilité des plages très compliqué ( 100 et 263 marches à descendre et monter). Horaires des plages très limités aussi car fermeture 19h, juste avant le couché de soleil. Tarif de la restauration sur place très excessif, petite quantité et pas fou. Bref bilan mitigé.

Eine luxuriöse Auszeit genossen wir in diesem herrlichen Resort. Wir wurden kulinarisch verwöhnt. Die diversen grosszügigen Poolanlagen waren praktisch leer und fast jederzeit alleine zu unserer Benützung. Die Sonnenuntergänge bleiben in strahlender Erinnerung. Die Betontreppen zum ruhigen Romantic-Beach sind sehr gut und praktisch.

L’hôtel est juste incroyable, je le recommande à 100% Le personnels est très serviable , souriant , l’hôtel offre un large choix de service , SPA , salle de fitness , cours de yoga . Il dispose de 3 piscines dont une exclusivement réservé au adultes. Le petit déjeuner et variés,y’en a pour tout les goûts. Nous reviendrons c’est quasi sure.
