ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Casale Lucy is set in a commanding position in the Marche countryside, just a few kilometres from the town of Pergola. Here you will find peace and simplicity, perfect for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. The interiors, practical and essential, leave room for the true highlight of the property: the surrounding landscape, with its gentle green hills, wide-open views and an atmosphere of total tranquillity. Making everything even more enjoyable is the swimming pool with Roman steps, perfect for cooling off while taking in the scenery.
The fully fenced property warmly welcomes pets and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for an informal place where what truly matters is the pleasure of being together and creating memories in a region rich in history, charming villages and delightful food-and-wine experiences, including local farms where you can taste traditional cheeses, cured meats and wines. The farmhouse is just a short distance from the amenities of Pergola, making daily needs and travel easy. In less than an hour you can reach the beaches of Marotta and Senigallia, while inland you’ll find fascinating destinations such as the Hermitage of Fonte Avellana and Mount Catria, with its mountain refuge open in summer and a kinderpark ideal for children. Also not to be missed is the village of Frontone with its evocative castle. A perfect starting point for discovering the Marche region, enjoying a simple, authentic and relaxing holiday.

This farmhouse is set on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor that you access through internal stair case, there is a wide living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. A toilet and frigobar are available in the pool area. Air conditioning is available on the first floor (living room and bedrooms).

Huis was prachtig gelegen en ruim voor ons gezelschap met een mooi zwembad Keukeninrichting summier voor 10 pax. We hebben zelf glazen gekocht. Maar 1 snijplank.. Er zijn wel twee keukens, maar boven is leeg. Houd rekening met veel ongedierte vanwege de landelijke ligging.

Super Lage und Ausblick mit tollem Pool

Die Unterkunft ist im Allgemeinen sehr schön und die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn. Wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist die Unterkunft gepflegt, sauber und im Prinzip ist alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist zufriedenstellend, aber man sollte keinen großen Luxus erwarten. Für uns war es ausreichend. Die Terrasse ist super zum gemeinsamen Essen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes sind diverse Dinge zu Schaden gekommen, was allerdings nicht an uns lag, sondern einfach der mangelnden Qualität der Bauweise zuzuschreiben ist. Jeglicher Versuch diese Probleme dem Vermieter zu erklären scheiterten. Er wollte nicht einsehen, dass er bei dem Bau der einen Mauer, die beschädigt wurde, einfach keine gute Arbeit geleistet hatte. Am Tag der Übergabe hat er uns dann nur noch angeschriehen und ist in einen cholerischen Anfall verfallen. Der Urlaub war trotz diesem Vorfall sehr schön und soll damit nicht ins Negative geschoben werden. Man sollte vermeiden, dass etwas zu Bruch geht und dann ist alles entspannt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und war demzufolge auch sauber und ordentlich. Das WC im Poolhaus ist auch eine super Idee. Der Garten ist groß genug um auch Volleyball, Badminton, etc. zu spielen. Laut der Beschreibung gibt es einen Grill, welcher sich dann aber leider nur als „Mini-Grill“ herausstellte (ca. 40x30cm). Demzufolge nicht ausreichend um für viele Leute zu grillen. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschottet und man hat totale Ruhe, was perfekt ist, um zu entspannen. Möchte man allerdings viel unternehmen oder Im Meer baden ist dies wahrscheinlich nicht die beste Unterkunft, da man sehr viel mit dem Auto fahren muss. Ein Supermarkt, in dem man eigentlich alles findet, ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter war extrem schwierig, der er nur italienisch redet und man absolut kein Wort versteht. Die Dame von der Vermittlung konnte zum Glück mit ihrem Englisch aushelfen. Fazit: Die Lage, der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind wunderschön. Dafür ist die Ausstattung recht einfach und Kleinigkeiten nicht so super. Das Beste waren der Pool und die Aussicht. Wer einfach nur eine Unterkunft zum Entspannen, Baden und Natur genießen sucht, der ist genau richtig. Unternehmungen sind mit viel Fahrerei verbunden.

Werwolf-Family holidays in Italy

Our first family holiday in the Marche was very nice, funny, we were all very happy there and the weater was most of the time very good. We were mostly pleased with the house. With the equipment, everything worked so far, it was all there, as described, it lacked only a grill. The rooms are very nice, large and bright. A few blankets would not be bad that you can use if you sleep for two in a double bed and would not use blanket together. The view is just beautiful, it is very quiet and secluded. You must only drive 5 minutes to the next supermarket. The restaurant "La Pergola", 10 minutes away, is very good. Excursions you can do very well, but have to remember that you must drive often one hour, because the streets are not very good. Urbino, Grotte di Frassasi, Fabriano, Corinaldo are very nice and the beach in Marotta, too. Understanding with the owners was a bit difficult because they could not speak English.
