Der var tørt toastbrød hver morgen ingen lækker frugt Personalet virkede sure var meget langsomme om at fylde op med pålæg og diverse til om morgenen Frokost og aftensmad var meget begrænset hvad man kunne få Poolbar åbnede først kl 15 -15 30 vi havde gået fortalt poolbaren åbnede kl 12 30 og poolen var åben fra kl 10- 19 30 Føren til værelset kunne man ikke åbne med kortet der hørte til værelset så skulle bruge nøgle Det svarer slet ikke overens med de 4 stjerner hotellet har kun 2 måske 1,5

Hotel Toscana Verde

Morgenbrødet var meget tørt der var kun toastbrød der var meget kage ingen lækker frugt. Der var også æg de var hårdkogte kolde og grønne inde ved blommen. Meget dårlig morgenmadsbuffet Personalet virkede ikke glade for deres job de var ikke smilende og de var længe om at fylde op på morgenmads bordet. Døren til værelset virkede ikke meget kortet man skulle næsten sparke døren op Vi måtte hente en personale og han kunne Helle ikke få døren op så vi fik nøgle og den brugte vi 5 dage ud af 7 bruseren kunne ikke sættes op i højde den faldt ned da den ikke kunne strammes Poolbaren sagde personalet den åbnede kl 12 30 men den åbnede først kl 15- 16 30 og lukkede kl 19 Det virkede som om dem der arbejdede i poolbaren bare åbnede når de havde lyst. Det er helt klart ikke et 4 stjernede hotel som de skriver de er Kun 2 stjernede svare det til Man kan heller ikke købe ordentlig aftensmad eller frokost på hotellet og det burde man kunne hvis det er et 4 stjernede hotel Tørre panini laver de og de var kolde Ikke noget ordentlig menukort til aftensmaden kedeligt udvalg både til frokost og aften Vi oplevede der var bryllup det er jo fint nok Men der blev ikke sagt der blev holdt noget så der var musik til kl 2 30 om natten gab vi var trætte dagen efter. Det er ikke Ok man ikke lige fortæller dette til de gæster der bor på hotellet. Hotellet går kun 2 stjerne herfra

Netter Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war kurz - wie blieben nur eine Nacht. Unser Zimmer war aber komfortabel. Es sah aus, als wäre es vor noch nicht all zu langer Zeit erneuert worden. Es war sauber, wie auch der Rest der Anlage, zum Beispiel der Pool. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht besonders gross, aber es reichte längstens und es gab verschiedene Kuchen. Das Personal ist freundlich und speditiv.

Camera bruttissima. Wi-Fi non funzionante. Tv non funzionante. Aria condizionata bloccata sui 20 gradi, ci siamo letteralmente ghiacciati. Odore molto sgradevole nella stanza. Asciugamani con cattivo odore. Le foto del sito non rispecchiano assolutamente la stanza che ci è stata data. Abbiamo richiesto 2 volte un cuscino in più, mai arrivato. Colazione deludente.

La struttura è bella ed ampia, ma è poco curata, necessiterebbe di qualche intervento. Le pareti che dividono le stanze sembrano essere in cartongesso. La colazione a buffet non è molto ricca. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Lantlig miljö valuta för pengarna

Positivt överraskad av hotelet som kanske skulle behöva lite TLC. Lite trasiga fotoramar på rummet som bara med lite kärlek skulle kunna åtgärdas. Barnen älskade hotellet för poolen. Vi var på genomresa och hade haft en hemsk upplevelse på hotellet innan men nu blev barnen glada igen med bad både på kvällen då vi anlände och på morgonen. Vi fick ett jätte stort fint rum i 2 olika plan. ett badrum med badkar och ett med dusch perfekt för en familj med 3 barn! Ac på rummet men vi hade gärnat velat ha det lite svalare ändå men helt OK. En liten takterass med underbar utsikt över toscanska landsbygd. Härliga skinsoffor som vi fick plats i hela familjen då vi satt och åt kvällsmat i köket och vardagrummet som hade bra och öppen planlösning. Fin kyl och pentrum med bestick men hittade ingen kastrull för att koka vatten till kaffet till. Så vet inte hur de tänkte att man skulle koka pasta, laga mat så här hade de säkert glömt att inventera köket efter förra besökarna. Vi hade dock med oss smörgåsar så vi kunde äta lite innan nästa dag. Frukosten var lite liten men det fanns färskt bröd och färska croissanter mkt goda och härligt att få till frukost. Kanske lite utplockat i val av yogurt, flingor men på det hela var vi nöjda och det var helt ok för att vara en kontinental frukost. Fina omgivningar men mitt på landet vilket var en härlig och avkopplande vistelse för oss. Vi var mkt nöjda och kan verkligen tänka oss att åka tillbaka för det var valuta för pengarna.

This might be an exceptional hotel, but is is not

Spacious rooms and corridors, plenty of parking space. Rooms are clean. My suit had two bathrooms, both needed some repairs. Kitchen was equipped, there were even oil, vinegard and some spices available. WiFi coverage was lousy in the badroom, we had hundreds of TV channels all in italian. For breakfast you can have different panettones or toast bread, ham and cheese, two types of cereals, coffee, juice and water. To conclude: this might be a great place for great holidays if it was better managed...

Well situated hotel in Tuscany, if you are looking for a peaceful time. Beautiful countryside, very helpful staff and good massages in Spa. Pool was good size

Definitely not 4 stars as advertised. Maybe a 2*

I stayed on second floor and internet was very crucial for me. Unfortunately wireless signal was so week, that I never been connected to hotels internet. Shower was leaking everywhere. One light never work in the room. Shaver Socket in the bathroom not compatible to shaver. Breakfast was very poor, really small selection of food was served.

albergo silenzioso e tranquillo

sONO ARRIVATO STANCO ALL'HOTEL DOPO UNA GIORNATA DI MEETINGS E DI VIAGGIO e dopo una piccola cena sono andato subito a dormire ed ho dormito veramente bene quindi mi sono alzato ben riposato al mattino pronto per affrontare un'altra giornata di incontri di lavoro. L'hotel e' ideale per stare tranquilli ed in estate immagino che sauna e piscina permettano un relax totale ed anche una buona cura abbronzante nel giardino annesso alla piscina. Il personale e' cortese e disponibile, la pulizia e' buona, il vitto, per il poco che ho potuto assaggiare a cena e' di8 buona qualita' e la colazione a buffet abbondante.

Vi havde et fantastisk dejligt ophold. Specielt den store pool var et hit. Lejligheden var fin, lidt slidt men der var hvad vi havde brug for. Køkkenudstyrer var meget mangelfuldt fx manglede der skåle, stegepanden var bulet og servicet var uens. Personalet var meget imødekommende og servicemindet.
