Enjoyable overnight stay.

Perfect for stop over for airport. Excellent service,friendly staff, good breakfast. I imagine would be a good spot from which to explore Pereira, but was not purpose of booking.

Friendly and comfortable

The Hotel 721 was an excellent hotel for our stay in Pereira. The staff was very friendly. Although they did not speak any 'English, they were very patient with my Spanish. The lobby was clean and inviting. The rooms were large enough to be comfortable, and were well cared for. My room was fairly noisy at night, but my daughters room, which did not overlook the street, was quiet. The complementary breakfast was good. The hotel is located one block from the Plaza Bolivar. This is a nice place to spend some time and people watch. The plaza and surrounding area has numerous shops and cafes. We visited just before Christmas, and it was crowded and busy. Overall the quality of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the proximity to the plaza made our stay complete.

Upon arrival the hotel tried to charge more money than price quoted on hotels.com, and give a smaller room than the room booked, after arguing for about 15 minutes, we got the rooms and price we booked, room on the 6th floor was next to the kitchen and very hot, also hotel did not have free parking as advertised and we had to park in an hourly lot for the night. Would not recommend this hotel

Hotel in der Innenstadt, Nähe Plaza Bolívar

Bereits vor dem Zimmerbezug mussten wir aus unerklärlichen Gründen 10% Aufschlag auf den Zimmerpreis zahlen. Das erste Zimmer hatte ein Fenster zu einem engen und dunklen Innenhof. Auf Reklamation bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Stadt. Der Rezeptionist war nicht freundlich. Nach dem Wechsel des Personals hatten wir zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück hatten wir im vierten Stock mit einer rundum Aussicht auf die Stadt. Auch hier war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Centro Comercial am Plaza Bolívar sehr gute Restaurants.
