There's plenty of space, comfortable beds, the air conditioning worked well, and a nice pool. Parking is nearby if you need it. I didn't see the beach, but I really liked the small Mensa restaurant, 5-7 minutes from the house. What I didn't like: it was a bit difficult to find at night; there's construction going on all around, which creates some additional noise. "Beautiful place and great service all around. It is not convenient to get around and some distance from town. But if you are looking for a calm place to rest and chill, this is excellent.
We ordered grab food and the staff even helped to collect it and send it to our room."

"The costumer services was excellent, the property clean, nice room, good breakfast, they offer tours here so you don’t have to worry if you didn’t book in advance, the only thing it’s important to know, is not located in central Ubud, its like 15-20 minutes from there, but they offer free shuttle once a day to drop you and pick you up.
They also have shuttle service to the airport for a fee."

"We got the room with pool. It was bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise, and the room itself was spacious. The buffet breakfast was great quality with a variety of options. The highlight was the service provided by staff; everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very sad to leave this resort."
