8 km from Nogent le Rotrou (Le Perche), charming fully restored country house, 100 m² with living room, fully equipped open kitchen dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and garden of 1700 m² .. with swing ... charcoal barbecue.
OPTION: Possibility to provide bed linen and towels: 10 € / bed
Nice house that can accommodate up to 6 people (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room) + 1 cot and high chair for children Television with DVD and WII at your disposal with the WII game SPORTS. Wood stove at your disposal in the living room. The rooms of the ground floor open on the outside with garden furniture and gas barbecue. All in calm and greenery ... You also have at your disposal: Basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar ....) Nespresso (just think of the capsules) and filter coffee machine Electric kettle Toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine ... And also a bluetooth speaker to listen to your music

Charmante maison de campagne
Un super séjour au calme dans cette jolie maison au charme fou en pleine campagne,agréablement meublée,rien ne manquait de l’essentiel,magnifique jardin bien entretenu,de jolies balades dans une nature luxuriante.
Un grand merci d’avoir accepté nos deux chiens .Nous reviendrons certainement

Un petit coin de paradis !
J'ai passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est conforme à l'annonce et possède tout le confort pour accueillir une famille dans les meilleures conditions, la communication avec les propriétaires est parfaite et l'environnement est magnifique, idéal pour se ressourcer loin des bruits et du stress de la ville. Je reviendrai c'est certain !
