Traditional Style Stone House in perfect Perast
Lemon Tree House is an award winning stone villa situated in the amazing UNESCO protected village of Perast. It has a beautiful large terrace and the house is the perfect mix between traditional charm and modern luxury. The stone villa is renovated to a very high specification and it has all the comforts and amenities you might want during your holiday; comfortable beds, fully equipped modern kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi ( no TV ) , excellent wardrobes, good storage facilities and hand crafted furniture etc. The house is ideal for families (travel cot, baby chair and stroller provided), and groups of friends, as well as couples who are looking for a unique holiday experience outdoors
The terrace offers outdoor dining, lounging area and comfortable sun beds. It has plenty of space for games, snoozing in the sun or cooling down with the help or our new outdoor shower . Feel free to use the lovely herbs in our herb garden when you cook your meals or use the BBQ.
If you are a larger group, we have plenty of room - three ensuite double rooms, plus we also have an apartment next door (separate, access below the terrace). Just let us know if you would like to hear more about this appartment when you enquire, and the additional price.
The village of Perast is lovely and is considered to be the jewel in the crown of the Boka Bay. Please note access to the village is via a steep set of stairs and therefore is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. The choice of restaurants is excellent and the combination of local delicatessens and international menus means there is something for every wallet and every taste. Only 15 minutes away by car is the beautiful medieval town of Kotor. It offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and museums and it often described as "Little Dubrovnik" because of the white stone houses and piazzas. We hope you shall enjoy it!

Great view of the bay, nice terrace, very good AC, renovated and clean house as shown on pictures. Management was responsive and helpful.
No internet in the first floor bedroom and owner needs to buy a second router as the transmitter did not work. Very steep stairs to the bay for those who have mobility issues. Highway is right behind the house.
Fantastic property with terrace overlooking the Bay
As a family (five of us, including three grown up children) had a wonderful two weeks in Perast. The property is great - clean and spacious, with a terrace that overlooks the Bay.
Perast is a great little town, only a couple of minutes walk from the house (down a steep path - its a little longer to take the more gentle route). There are plenty of good places to eat.
You really need a car to enjoy the area and having a parking space at the house was great.
With the car, supermarkets were handy enough (5 minutes away).
As a family we loved the house, Persat and exploring Montenegro.
Branka was great with texts before we arrived and then welcoming us to the property. We felt very well looked after!
Lemon Tree House has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. It is spacious, very comfortable (especially the beds) and well equipped. The view from the terrace is stunning. Perast is gorgeous with great waterside restaurants and a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to return one day.
This is a delightful, comfortable, place to spend a vacation. The host responded quickly and met a couple of needs. The location and character of the home is wonderful and the view fabulous. The overwhelming traffic in this vacation mecca is terrible but this place provides parking and noise is not a problem. To walk down to the town you do need to be able to climb steps or walk a steep path through the growth of trees. There are many good restaurants and the town of Perast is a little gem.
Nice property generally and a really good location. A lot of small issues (like interior doorknob falling off) and the issue of last minute requirements of picture id and all guest names and emails. But the house itself is very nice.
Man musste immer aufpassen, damit man keinen falschen Schritt machte.
Ansonsten hat uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir können es weiter empfehlen.
