"The day we checked in they told us that there was no reservation even though I show them my Expedia receipt. Expedia costumer service had to get involved because they did not wanted to honor the reservation that was already paid for through Expedia. It took a while between Expedia costumer service and the hotel back and forth but finally they were able to fix the issue. Other than that we had a good time there. Good location, easy access for the surrounding areas. Awesome breakfast as well. "

"This place is just a joke, don't book it. We had a one-night reservation. The arrival signs lead to a dead-end road. When we finally arrived at 6.15pm, everything was closed, including the restaurant we were counting on, even though the reception desk says it's open until 9pm every day. Our room key had been left with the guard at the nearby factory. The room was filthy as if no one had been in it for several months. "We are very private people, and hate it when we rent a cabin and have any other houses within sight, to say nothing of those rentals with next door neighbors right on top of you. This gorgeous little cabin is tucked in the middle of the CR rain forest. No neighbors at all. Just hummingbirds, gorgeous butterflies and lots of other wildlife. The cabin was simple, but tidy, and provided everything we needed. Bill and Rosalee are extremely gracious hosts, and made the check-in/out process as easy as it comes. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit. :)"
