"It is a terrible hotel. There is no room service, even though they claim to have 24 hours room service. No one answers phones at front desk. Even though supposed to be a relatively new property, it is maintained very badly. House keeping is poor. Rooms are only done up after several reminders. Bed sheets are stained.
