THE PROPERTY:
The main floor features 2 Family Suites each with a queen size bed & built-in twin bunk beds offering plenty of space and privacy for young families. Adjacent to the Family Suites, a full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with 2 vanities separated by a pocket door for added functionality. A full-sized, stackable washer & dryer is conveniently tucked inside the bathroom and accessible during your stay. A short hallway leads to a spacious open concept living room, dining room, & kitchen. The gourmet kitchen has expansive granite countertops, dishwasher, and double-oven gas range. It has ample working space and is very well appointed, sure to exceed the expectations of the most discerning chef!

Gather round the dining table with seating for eight or pull up one of four stools at the kitchen island, then lounge on the huge leather sofa and watch the boats cruise by through the large south-facing windows. The living room is anchored by a beautiful gas fireplace and offers a 55” smart TV equipped with AppleTV to access your favorite streaming apps.

Downstairs, grab a stool at the 8-person pub table for game night or cozy up on the couch near the fireplace to watch your favorite movie on 60” smart TV, also equipped with AppleTV. The second fridge and granite countertop buffet in the lower level provides the perfect prep space for BBQ’ing on the back patio that faces Pelican Lake. The large, flat backyard is surrounded by towering trees and leads to the water’s edge lined with picturesque cattails. The wooden dock extends to a quiet bay perfect for fishing or kayaking. The dock offers a slip to moor your boat; the public landing is located just 6 blocks away!

Relax with friends & family in the heated garage that has been transformed into a massive game room with an 8' Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, and Foosball Table. Watch the game on the TV while you take on your next opponent. The third fridge located in the garage provides space to keep all your beverage cold & close by.

When it’s time to turn-in for the night, the remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the lower level; 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, a bedroom featuring 2 twin XL beds with a twin XL trundle, and a bedroom with 2 twin XL beds. The second full bath with tub/shower combo and a half-bath are conveniently located near the lower level bedrooms.

Boasting over 8,000 acres of crystal-clear water, Pelican Lake is a boater’s dream! Bring your own or rent from the Marina at Breezy Point to explore over 23 miles of shoreline. For you land-lovers, head to the beach at Breezy Point for days of fun in the sun.

Breezy Point is home to three 18-hole golf courses, all within 10 minutes of this property! The Traditional Golf Course is a Brainard Lakes area favorite; Whitebirch Golf Course is a championship course with over 6600 yards of fairway; and Deacon’s Lodge Golf Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, is located within walking distance!

Perfect getaway

The Lake House was perfect for getting all of our kids and grandkids together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the screen porch where all 15 of us could eat together was an unexpected bonus. It was a perfect setting for a wonderful week of making lifelong memories.

Cozy, Clean, and Great Location

We loved our stay at this property. The amenities were clean, very comfortable and accommodating. Great space for a group or multiple families with children (lots of options for sleeping arrangements). Hosts went the extra mile with stocked books, binoculars, kayaks, games, etc. We went out on the kayaks every day and saw loons, turtles, and even otters playing on the dock. We loved the separate game room in the garage, it was perfect for the adults to hang out and play after the kids were in bed. Hopefully we will be returning!!

Family week

Our family had a great week with more activities than we had time for. Loved the layout of the house, the numerous amenities, the dock in the bay etc. We fished, kayaked, tubed, made use all of the garage activities, played numerous board games on the screen porch, and cooked great meals in the gourmet kitchen. We commented on all the perks that we have not had at other rentals like the hooks in all the rooms and the numerous place settings and towels. Enjoyed Wildwedge mini golf and maze. We have hundreds of photos to sort through to digitize for long term memories!

Family Vacation

This property was a lovely spot for our family vacation with 8 adults and 2 children (4 & 7 years old). The home was beautiful and more than accommodating for our group. Having the ping pong table, foosball, and pool table in the garage was an added bonus as far as entertainment goes. There was plenty of outdoor seating, both on the patio and deck. We also enjoyed the benches around the fire pit. We would have liked to have had some sandy beach area on the property, but it was quick and easy to pack up some beach items and go to the public beach nearby. The kids were able to fish off of the dock, and we were able to get our pontoon rental in and out of our docking space. We highly recommend this property and would visit again!

Beautiful lake home

Stayed here with my entire extended family. 16 total people. 10 adults 6 kids and there was plenty of space for all. The bedrooms are well designed for privacy and accommodate families with 2 of the bedroom having bunk beds. Having 3 bathrooms was also great. There was plenty of space for all our food and beverages that we could split between the 3 refrigerators. Plenty of seating for meals between the kitchen table and the screened in porch. We loved being on pelican lake and although there wasn’t a good area for swimming at the lake home we took our boats to a sandbar area and were able to swim there. We made good use of the kayaks and yard games / garage game room. Only issue we had was the variance in temperature between the upstairs and the downstairs. Being it was 90°+ the entire weekend it’s just what happens. We did close all the vents downstairs and that helped. Never ran into any issues that we needed to reach out the the host. A++ rating! Would stay here again.

A Weekend in Paradise

We just completed an extended weekend on Pelican Lake. The house is absolutely amazing. So many fine details that we noticed as guests. Funny how something as simple as having laundry baskets in each bedroom can make your stay more organized and relaxing. The house is absolutely breathtaking. It has a modern up north feel to it. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would to make your stay complete. The boys really enjoyed the garage turned game room. I can not think of one single thing that we would recommend to make our stay more complete. We are already talking about how we need to book this house on a yearly basis. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and we would love to come back.

Brought 5 buddies up for fishing and relaxation and they had nothing but rave reviews. Josh was great to work with and very attentive when we had questions. Careful if renting a boat...The channel is narrow and we ended up buying a new prop on our rental boat... Great stay overall!

Breezy Lake House

We all had a wonderful stay, only problem is that it is never long enough. We all slept well with comfortable beds. Our host responded to our questions in a very timely manner, and even suggested some great beaches that our grand kids enjoyed.
