Pepin Marina Retreat: Cottage Apartment with Deck

  • We are right across from the Pepin Marina and Beach, next door to Bear Fish Brew Coffee House, and steps away from the iconic Harbor View Cafe! You can book sailing and pontoon rides on the lake. The Pickle Factory, a waterfront grill and bar, features live music, bingo and more. Up the hill is the River Time bar, which also features live music and small plates. We are one mile away from the Villa Belleza Winery. There's lots to see and do along all the nearby river towns!

If you used the cloth sun shade on the gazebo on the deck, please put it back in the retracted and secured position that you first found it in. The wind off the lake has damaged it int the past.
•place patio cushions back in weather-proof box on the deck. •Close/lock the sliding door to the deck. •leave washed dishesin drying rack. •Place used towels in the tub or on bathroom floor.
•Leave beds unmade •Leave curtains open for the plants. •Garbage and recycling can go into the appropriately marked bins next to the parking space in the back of the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House Rules: Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am Please no shoes on carpeted areas Sleeping Occupancy: There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room.
Pricing is for 2 people. For an additional 3rd or 4th guest, it is $25 per person, per night. No parties or events.
You may have a small number of friends or family visit. No smoking of any kind. Please put things back to where you found them when you arrived.
