"The front desk staff upon check in was he great. Very helpful and friendly. I wish I could say the same for the desk staff when we checked out. The woman was rude and unfriendly. Breakfast was lackluster at best. Instant eggs, overcooked sausage and breakfast potato for hot options and the juice was extremely watered down. The pool and atrium were definitely the highlight. "

"Breakfast was a chaotic mess. TV was dated, we expected a modern smart TV with apps but tv has dish which is ok but the guide button on the remote didn’t work so we just clicked through channels. Finishing details on the room are rough, shower fixtures loose etc., bubbling drywall in the pool area. Walls seemed super thin and could clearly hear neighbors talking. Ice machine was out of service. Bed was actually really comfortable. "

I reported the issue and was moved to another room, but unfortunately the beds in that room were also not cleaned. Because of this, I ended up checking out. Since then, I’ve been getting the runaround while trying to resolve this issue. I’m very unhappy with the experience. and still have not received a refund or a response to the email i was told to send to "
