Reserved a king tower room only to be told at check in that a reservation doesn’t mean it’s what you get, 2 queen room is the same price as a king I was told by the rude lady checking us in.

Staff are friendly and take great care of the guests. Rooms are clean as well as the hallways. Downtown convenience with nearby restaurants and one attached to the hotel. Complimentary coffee in lobby.

The staff was really great, however my room was dirty. There were cigarette burns in the carpet, one of the beds had a stain down the middle, and the ceiling had brown marks that looked like water damage.

The workers were amazing every single one of them my family and I were there for about a week and they were great we can't wait to come back once the pool is fixed

They wouldn't let me check in because of shift cange system update. I couldn't check in I had to go to another hotel. I basically wasted my money. Unless I can get a refund or a credit?

I reached out to the hotel to be closer to elevators and exits due to being on knee scooter. Instead I was placed in a room at the end of the hallway instead of near an elevator. Check in was okay. We were greeted with “The rooms are still being turned” instead of “let me look into that.” Our room was indeed ready but again the accommodations requested for my injury were not.

The room was nice, looked new, everything was clean. BUT: There is no on-site parking, which isn't mentioned. You have to park catty corner across the street. Sheraton will validate your parking, but expect to get accosted by panhandlers while you're hauling your luggage back and forth. Absolutely not recommended for women. The low-pressure shower automatically changed from warm to cold, encouraging a very short stay. The overhead light worked, but the lights between the beds didn't turn on, and the desk light and floor lamp didn't turn off (they had to be unplugged at night). The price was right, but too many other things were wrong.

Check in and out was fast. The restaurant was very slow service on both days. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was close but lot not well maintained.
