Welcome to The Knoxville Retreat, a sprawling three bedroom all brick estate situated on 2 private acres in the heart of Peoria. No expenses were spared upgrading this 1920's estate into a modern retreat for you and your guests.
With the modern traveler in mind, the spacious first floor offers plenty of ways to entertain with a formal living room with a fire place, family room with ambient lighting and a mini bar, and an open layout into the dining room allowing you to entertain any group size.

Ideal central location in the heart of Knoxville Avenue, less than five minutes from downtown Peoria, this unique estate offers first class amenities geared to satisfy your every need.

Amenities include:
- New smart tv's with the following services loaded: Youtube TV; Netflix; Hulu; HBO; Cinemax; Starz; Amazon Video; and more.
