A Slice of Paradise

We were in search of a comfortable and clean condo, and this stay checked all the boxes. With amazing communication from our host and the amenities of our condo, all we had to do was add sunshine for a fun-filled, relaxing vacation! Can't wait to schedule again!

Perfect vacation! Amazing location for families

This unit is in a perfect spot for young families. You have a great view of the water, but there's also plenty of space for kids to run around or throw a ball just outside the back doors. It's also a quick walk to the pool and the itself is very well stocked And has plenty of space. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Great Winter Get Away

My daughter-in-law told me about a wonderful winter getaway in Fort Walden, where she had been going for several years. I've decided to make it a yearly family event near Christmas, where we can all get together and enjoy the clean and accommodating facility, amenities, pristine beach, and friendly visitors. Support staff are wonderful and booking is easy. Good value for my dollar. We will return every year that we can and create a tradition.

First trip to Oakalosa- resort was great for kids including all the onsite activities! B103 was exactly as represented- response to questions and checkin was quick and efficient! Very clean and easy access to pools and beach! First floor was great with yard access from beach to outside patio for sandy beach stuff!

We had a nice time at this condo! The condo was clean when we arrived and we didn’t have any issues. Plenty of space for everybody. The kids loved the pools and had tons of fun. It was nice having the beach service chairs and umbrella, and the attendants were very friendly and helpful to get our spot picked out.

We went for the week with our young child. This property is VERY kid friendly. Very busy even in the off season. Just want to prepare, if you don’t have kids then this may not be the property for you.

Beautiful unit!

We have stayed at Waterscapes several times and loved this unit! The decor was very nice. Being on the 1st floor, directly across the hall from the pool/beach access door was convenient. I did miss the view you get on higher levels but the patio area was nice. We had to reach out to management due to a frozen ice maker and they were receptive and responded timely.

Absolutely zero complaints from me or my family! The location of this room is perfect. Steps away from the pool area and beach access. Room was plenty big and was very comfortable. The only complaint is that we had to come back home! The condo was spotless when we came in. The cleaning crew does a great job and got it done 2 hours before expected check in. 100% will stay in B103 again

Multigenerational Getaway

Three generations of our family had a wonderful stay at Waterscape! Our young grandsons LOVED all of the pool areas while we enjoyed our beach time. The first floor location of the condo put us just steps away from the pool, but it was still quiet enough for the toddler to nap in the afternoon. Having two master suites in the condo along with a bunk room was a real plus and it gave each family the space we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Home Away From Home

This was an our second time to stay in B103 and we were just as satisfied with our experience as the first time. The condo has everything we need to feel like our home away from home. B103 has a back porch that is quiet and feels private, and the kitchen is well stocked with the equipment needed to cook meals and serve our family and our guests. It's a short walk to the beach and pool as well as restaurants and souvenir stores. We love B103!

Perfect location

We booked a last minute get away and little did we know we’d hit the jackpot!! The condo was the perfect location and easy to get to. Patio could’ve been cleaner and there was some sand left in the floors but it’s the beach! Owner was quick to respond to any questions. We’ll definitely be back!
