Needle Rush Point Condominiums is a rustic Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Beachside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Bayside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. This resort is Smoke-Free. NO Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

Really enjoyed everything about this condo and the entire property. I specifically wanted a first floor unit but there were two down sides to being on the first floor. The dunes blocked the view of the beach but this wasn't a show stopper. We did however experience a lot of noise from unit above... nothing extravagant, just a heavy walker and the screech of chairs sliding back and forth at the dining table. For this reason, i would choose a higher floor on future trips.

Upon arrival I found soiled dishes in dishwasher, the broom wouldn’t sweep sand ( straw broom from Noah’s Ark ) and all floor had dust bunnies/sand. On second day housekeeping brought a great new broom, so everything was great after I cleaned floors✔️ Also note that clothes dryer has to run (2) cycles to dry 4 towels/washcloths but to be expected since dryer is slightly older. Also need a hand/electric mixer for mixing is needed. We did enjoy unit A-15 overall🌈🌈

Excellent Stay!

This was our first time at Needle Rush and we truly loved it. The unit was clean and well stocked. We loved the privacy of the balcony. This is the perfect location for a family. The grounds are well maintained and the pools are very nice. Check-in was easy and communication was good. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location. Needlerush Point has ample beachfront coverage with low rise buildings and an old school beach feel within walking distance to the Florabama but far enough to escape the crowds. Great condo with neutral decor on first floor so easy access but up high enough to have a view. Terrific porch!
