Our stay at the wildflower allowed us to be close to main attractions in the Pensacola area. However, the house contained some unpleasant amenities. When we arrived, we found the front door to be unlocked, which made us unnerved. Also, when we tried to cook, we found the main frying pan to be rusted. The shower was not set up correctly causing confusion, but we’re thankful that the host was quick to respond about the issue. Finally, we had noticed some bites after the first night, but it wasn’t until the second that we found bed bugs in the bed.

We did not stay here. After check in we discovered this was an unsafe neighborhood. The house had a musty/moldy smell. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We spent our 15 minutes here looking for other accommodations. When I messaged the owner with our concerns, I was told there is a strict no refund policy. Please do not book this VRBO!!! I have photos to show the unacceptable conditions but nothing can convey the horrible smell and filth that we walked into!!! I would have given zero stars if that was an option!!! Still have not received a refund for the stay we had booked. This listing does not live up to the VRBO standards we are used to!!!

You will be surprised at the condition of this property. The floors are rotted and extremely unlevel throughout the house especially notable in the front and bathroom area. In the bathroom you will find dirty brown calking around a lopsided toilet, a water spout that isn't attached fully to the wall, duct tape covering an opening in the wall, a shower caddy full of scum, and tepid water at best. By all means, bring your own charging ports that connect to a wall plug, because that is the only way to charge. Floor trim is laid on the floor, loose and due to uneven-ness of the floor, easily stumbled upon. Washer has mold. Parking is ok, but snug. "Fred" responds to messages, but doesn't make much effort to resolve problems other than a "sorry". Renter, beware.
