FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! You will absolutely love staying in this large 2 bedroom condo! There is so much space, you will love it and the views from the 6th floor are just unforgettable. The master bedroom is on the beach side with access to the huge beach front balcony. The second bedroom features TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and there is still lots of space! The kitchen looks AMAZING - cabinets, counter tops and lots of space! You will love preparing a meal in this beach front beauty. The master bath was updated with a walk-in shower. The oversized 6th floor gulf front balcony features access from the living room and master bedroom. The condo features LARGE FLAT SCREEN TVS throughout! A 57" TV in the living room and 38" TVs in both bedrooms! a KEURIG coffee maker is a new addition to this beautiful condo as well.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 queen beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room This unit sleeps 8.

There are many extra beach accessories provided from this unit (beach loungers, floaties, etc) which was appreciated.

My moter-in-law has been staying there every year for over 30 years. The only complaints I have are the air fryer was disgustingly dirty so we had to scrub it before we could use it and the last 2 nights the smoke detector beeped because the battery was dying. This will NOT keep us from coming back!! We love The Surf Dweller!!

Our only problem was the WiFi went out on our second day and didn’t come back on until the night before we left. But even with that, the property management worked very hard to get it resolved and the communication with us was top notch! They answered all my emails in a very timely manner. Reviewer Comments: Surf Dweller units are very large with great balconies and beautiful gulf views in a convenient location on Okaloosa Island. 603 has comfortable furniture and comfortable beds and the kitchen is well equipped, however the unit is in serious need of updating. We've rented from Brooks and Shorey for several years and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness of the properties. But something went wrong this time. We are accustomed to cleaning up after ourselves, but we did not expect to have to clean up after the previous guests upon our arrival!

This was a great condo. Pictures were exactly the way the condo looked. Very easy to get on the beach. No problem getting chairs for the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans and serving dishes. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great room, stiff bed

We always stay at Surf Dweller and have nothing but great things to say about the resort. The rooms here are so spacious that we always feel at home. One issue with this room was the master bed was super firm. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. But overall it was a lovely week here!
