You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
HOLIDAY SEASIDE RESORT
1200 Sq. feet, Two bedrooms, sofa sleeper, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining room and den. Enjoy the screened balcony over looking the sound. Enjoy both sunrise and sun set from it. Do not fight the crowd, only 28 units in five buildings. First floor over parking spaces.
This is our time share. It can be rented from Saturday to Saturday. It starts on the 25th Saturday of the year. For 2024, it starts the 25th Saturday or June 22nd.
Holiday Inn Resort across the street front our place is 400 square feet and over $400 per night.
