  • Welcome to Sundown A-11. This 3 bedroom 2 bath first floor condo offers beautiful sunsets and endless amenities. This unit is a very quiet east end unit with no stairs to climb. There is an adjacent yard next to the unit with a patio, picnic table and grill. Lounge by the new oversized pool or enjoy a match of tennis, pickleball or basketball on property. Short walk to the beach with crystal clear water and sugar white sand. Boaters are welcome with slips and trailer storage available on site. Large deck off of den and master bedroom with chairs and table for dining plus a swing for relaxing. A great place to have morning coffee, watching the dolphins or enjoying the sunsets in the afternoon. There is also great fishing and crabbing from the pier. A fully stocked kitchen and all of the comforts of home with WIFI, cable and washer/dryer.
