Gorgeous beach and quiet location in off season

This place was perfect for our family's November beach trip! Great view of the beach and a quiet location off season. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was very clean. Highly recommend. Be aware though that it is a top floor condo, which I think has better views, but that also means more stairs.

We enjoyed our little getaway with our oldest son. Location was great with nice view of the beach/ocean. Only thing I would say is I didn’t realize there weren’t elevators and my husband is handicapped but we made it work! Very clean and up to date condo!

Cute, cozy, and updated! Beautiful view of the beach. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication was great too. You do have to walk two flights of stairs, but we didn’t mind that. We loved everything about it!

Our condo was great. Very nice and very clean. Great view right on the beach. Our only complaint would be the cleanness of the property. Didn’t seem like the outside gets much attention. And the pool is falling apart but did the job. But our overall experience was great and I would recommend this property!

Great condo for ones with small kids!

This condo was neat and clean, newly renovated and was very close proximity to the beach just as described in the posting! The pictures gave an accurate description and expectation of the condo and the location. Could see this being a nice place for 2-4 people, maybe 1 or 2 more if a some were kids. It is a smaller condo so it may start to feel cramped with 6-7 people inside. That being said, there is plenty of seating inside for 6-7 people and on the balcony which seats 6! There were 3 of us and it did not feel cramped at all. Pros: Kid friendly; clean; well stocked kitchen; very close to the beach; parking is close to the condo; area to feed ducks; trolley access nearby. Cons: Pool area. This is no fault of the owner, but I would suggest looking somewhere else if you plan to spend most of your time at the pool. There is VERY little to no shade and only hard plastic pool lounge chairs. One table that has an umbrella if you are lucky enough to get it. Important note: I believe it was advertised, but this is an upstairs condo. You have 2.5 flights of stairs, no elevator (40 stairs total). This did not matter to us, but it may to others so it is worth noting. We had a great stay and we would revisit this same property. It was a great fit for our family of three looking to spend most of our time on the beach!

Great vacation spot

This little piece of heaven sits right on the beach. Perfect location for Florida's unpredictable rain showers. Our little crab hunter had a ball and the dolphins playing in the gulf was an added bonus.
