Regency Towers 202B - Come enjoy the peaceful views from this recently remodeled beachfront 2br/2ba condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Every detail has been hand-selected and includes new couches, new bedding, new artwork, new flat-screen TVs in every room, new patio furniture and so much more. This condo features its own washer/dryer while other units in the complex do not.

Regency Towers are located just east of all the shops & restaurants of Pensacola Beach. The great thing about Regency is that you don't have to deal with the crowded condos and high rises right at the bridge, but yet it's only a short commute to enjoy all the shops & restaurants that we all love so much. There is also the FREE beach shuttle adjacent to the community that takes you up and down the Beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community amenities include a beachfront pool, community clubhouse, tennis courts, new pickle ball courts and elevator access.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing beachfront vacation, then Regency Towers 202B is the place for you.

Perfect family getaway!

Husband and I needed a relaxing getaway from work and kids and this was exactly what we were looking for! The beach was fantastic, location was perfect for us… close to food and shopping. The unit was very clean and had all we needed, and right by the stairs. We would def stay again!

Amazing view and beach access

Less than 10 minutes drive to all the restaurants and attractions. The beach is less than 3 minutes from the door! Well equipped, clean. Suited us well as a multigenerational family, grandparents with the King, and parents and teen in the two queens. Did miss our king bed but worked well for a four night stay!

Beautiful condo and views

Loved our stay! I booked our stay for my husband’s 50th birthday. He and my kids had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony and quick access to the beach was perfect. Perfect Getaway

The condo was great, beautiful furnishings, nice and clean. VERY close to the ocean! 2nd floor of a tower directly facing the beach. Check in was effortless. This condo’s kitchen is better stocked than any I have stayed in before!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We loved that there was a king bed in one bedroom and 2 queens in another! Beautiful view of the ocean! My kids are older but there were some toys that younger kids would enjoy! Would stay there again.

Lovely beach side stay

We stayed during off season, during the week. The condo was well appointed, with appliances, dishes, linens, even toys, games, movies, and books! The balcony was nice, and you could sit and watch the waves. We saw dolphins, rays, small fish; and we enjoyed walking on the beach, looking for shells, and splashing in the water.

Great condo right on the beach

Second story condo allows you to see the beach and ocean (not well visible from the first floor) and sunrise. Very clean and well maintained. Great Wi-fi. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Easy parking, tennis courts and pool all handy. Wonderful stay

Comfortable condo in great lication

This older condo is recently refurbished, clean and comfortable. The property manager works non-stop and the pool, beach walk and grounds are super-clean. With only 64 units, it’s easy to access the pool and beach. The location is convenient to restaurants but on a quiet stretch of beach with no hotels or large condos nearby. We’d definitely return.
