Amazing place to stay!

We absolutely love staying in Perdido Key at the Palacio! The views are always breathtaking and the area always has so much to offer. We had a really difficult time checking in and the 24 hr help line number did not work when we needed it too. However, in the morning the rental company contacted us and was very apologetic about the major inconvenience and did make things right! We will definitely be back again in the future!

October is the best at the beach

October is my new favorite time to visit ! Beautiful weather , less crowd! This was a wonderful property with the great views! I will stay again.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Palacio. The condo was spacious, clean, and very nice. The view is Beautiful. The walkway to the beach was very short, they have a mat that goes out on to the sand that makes it very easy to walk on. The pool was great! They had staff on sight which is very helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to get a mattress toppers to make the beds more comfortable, they are very hard.to sleep on. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Property was great. Short distance to the beach. Loved that the beach chairs were with the condo. Loved 2 king beds , I would invest in room darkening curtains for the guest bedroom, but we just added a blanket to block out all the light!! Overall the property was great!

Paradise included

Overall, the experience was wonderful. Located in paradise with perfect white sand beaches. I have no complaints. The unit itself could use a touch up job from excessive use. The kitchen could be furnished with some more useful cooking appliances instead of scratched up teflon pots. The dishwasher doesn't work, a handful of lightbulbs were out and the beds could be replaced. Otherwise, twas comfortable and I would graciously return.

Excellent location

Almost everything about this apartment was perfect. Great location, bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were clean. Large balcony with a great view. Listening to the ocean while you eat breakfast is wonderful. If you are not traveling with kids and you dont want to hear them in the pool below you might want a higher floor, but for us it was ideal. The only negative I had was there were a few things in the kitchen that could have been cleaner. Reaplace the mugs in the cupboard, and maybe clean the inside of the the drawers and cabinets. It wasnt a deal breaker for us but something that needs attention.

Enjoyed our stay!

Everything was as pictured/advertised. It conveniently located near everything we needed. The pools were great for days when the beach just wasn’t swimmable. We enjoyed our stay. This was the biggest condo we have ever had, and it fit our family of 4 well. The only downside we had was the floors kept getting crazy sandy because there was no rug in the entry. Also, the master bed could really use an upgraded mattress, we made due, but were definitely ready to come home to our own bed. The noise from the pool was almost non-existent, which was great given the fact we were right above the pool area. The ocean view was a little obstructed only because you’re eye level to the balcony rails and ocean on the 2nd floor. Otherwise, very nice condo in a nice area! Short walking distance to great eating too!

Girls annual trip

The unit was quite comfortable and nicely decorated. The view was nice from the balcony--pool & beach. Loved the idea of a king bed in each bedroom. The only complaint is the kitchen dishes and utensils were not clean. The stove top was smeared as well. I've tried reaching the realty but to no avail. We had to wash all dishes, pots and pans and utensils before using. Housekeeping was slack in kitchen only. Everything else was perfect.

Location of property is wonderful. The property and the unit could use some updating. Property did not have enough parking for staying guest. Unit is in need of a good scrubbing! The kitchen could be stocked a tad better with kitchen supplies. Unit needs an ice machine, the 4 ice trays are not adequate. The unit comes with free beach service however to be on the front roll you have to go down early every morning and stand in line to assure chairs and umbrella for the day.

August 2023 Stay

It was a beautiful and relaxing vacation. It was very frustrating having one elevator for the week stay especially since we were told the elevator would be repaired by August 2. There were a few things at the condo that need repaired or replaced. The spare bedroom could use a new bed frame. The main sliding door needs fixed for ease of opening. The laundry area door is broken. The microwave doesn't seem to heat things appropriately. Other than those few items the view and mgmt company were amazing. Hope to return to the location again.

May consider another stay

For the most part our stay was good. The view was gorgeous and beds were very comfortable. A little disappointed that while I had communicated to host about which style coffee maker was available, I was told both Keurig and regular style would be available. There was not a Keurig and that is what I had packed for. I am that person that brings mostly everything I will need on vacation in order not to have to go to the grocery. I expected some better cooking pots and did not bring my own. As far as the building goes, the elevators were questionable. They were working on one when we arrived which made for a long wait when bringing your belongings in. Thank god we were only on the second floor and chose not to get on the elevators in fear of getting stuck. The dumbster area and surrounding area where the garbage truck backs in was very dirty and stinky. Overall, I may consider another stay.

We've stayed at a lot of places in Perdido, but this was hands down one of our favorites!! We WILL be returning!! The view was fantastic, the walk to the beach was super short and easy, and plenty of yummy restaurants nearby! The condo itself was very spacious at an amazing price! Perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this place!!!

Incredibly Convenient

It was amazing to see my balcony, be at the pool, and see the beach all at the same time! I loved how easy these logistics were with 4 kids. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Staff was so helpful and responsive!

Great location

This unit felt less finished than the one we stayed in last year. The cover on the fluorescent light in the kitchen was missing, many empty nails from decorations or pictures, dishwasher didn’t work (reported), ceiling fan in the primary is way off balance and noisy(reported).

Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful! My only complaint is the lack of working elevators. It took us 20 mins to catch an elevator the day we left in order to get all of our luggage downstairs. Every floor we stopped on had people waiting to get on the elevator.

Quick get away

Felt like there was plenty of room for us all. Loved the big shower and tub!!! Very relaxing. Beach was clean. Hot tub was closed the whole time we were there. If you want more of a quiet family atmosphere, then this is the place. If you want more of a party atmosphere, you’ll have to drive a little ways back into Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We wanted the quiet and relaxed…so we loved it here!!!
