Nestled in the calm Pescador Landing on Ole River, this brand new construction (completed in 2022) provides approximately 800 sq ft of modern comfort. The 2nd floor condo includes one spacious bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests.

Flora Bama stay

Great condo within walking distance of Flora Bama, has everything you need in a home away from home. Great communication from host. If you are bringing a pet, I would suggest requesting bottom level for convenience. We enjoyed our stay, comfy mattress, will reserve again.

Nicely furnished unit with great views of Old River. A short walk to Flora Bama made this the perfect spot for a weekend stay. Definitely recommend.

Great Little Getaway

Great little getaway! Condo was beautiful. They had everything we could need and even a few extras for our dog. We enjoyed having our coffee overlooking the bay each morning and being able to walk to the Florabama and Florabama Yacht Club.

Really enjoyed everything about the property and stay ... all the conveniences, cleanliness, decor and layout. Perfect, EXCEPT the stairs. For folks in mid '70s, the stairs were a challenge, especially moving in. Will stay again, but on the ground floor.

Great Getaway

Everything was perfect about our stay. This included check in and check out and all the communications! The condo was well appointed very nicely decorated and most of all very comfortable. We loved being able to sit on our balcony and watch all the going on on the river! Also, access to the beach was very easy. We also loved being able to walk to the Flora-Bama and other restaurants in the area!

Awesome Condo

We have stayed at many of the units in Pescador Landing over the years, before and after the fire, but I have to say this is the nicest one yet. The condo was very clean and very well appointed and the communication with the owner was excellent. I would highly recommend this condo. We will be back!

Perfect spot!

Loved this condo! It’s located in the perfect spot central to all things fun in OB & GS and still convenient to hang in Perdido Key. The decor is so spunky while still being classy and very nice. Upon arrival, the unit was spotless and super easy to access. Make sure to catch a sunset on the dock out back! Will definitely visit this slice of paradise again.

This is probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at the beach. The condo was modern with all the amenities you could possibly need and then some. The owner was great to work with. I cannot find one single thing to complain about. I only gave it 5 stars because 6 was not an option!

Pleasantly surprised!

This location to bars and restaurants was unbeatable! The place was breath taking in person and very clean. It looked brand new and the pictures did not do it justice. The decor was well thought out and the view was great! Lots of space to relax and the bedding was so soft and comfy. We didn't cook but the amenities are there. Highly recommend and pet friendly.

Pescador Landing

Our stay was the best winter stay so far. Condo was just as the pictures showed. Loved setting on deck overlooking the canal and watching boats go by. Saw dolphins several times. Beach is 5 minute walk. FloraBama less than 10 minute walk. Can walk or ride bike right from condo on sidewalks or bike paths. We like to drive over to Orange Beach park or Gulf Shores bike/walking paths. 10 minute drive to closest trailhead. Lots of restaurants within 15 minute drive.

Peaceful getaway close to it all

Nice little place, very clean! Beautiful view of the sound while close to everything. Was quiet up until our last night when a bachelorette party showed up right below us. They left the tv on (volume full blast while they went out). Came home about 1am and kept the party going. The term thin walls has never been more relevant. Other then that it was a pleasant stay.

My new favorite Rental !

I almost hate to write this review and reveal this gem of a place to the public but this is now my favorite new rental spot to date. The location is superb just 3 properties down from Florabama, lots of boat traffic for those that are a boat nerds, friendly and welcoming condo neighbors, and dog friendly. I usually am a little apprehensive staying in pet friendly units but this unit was so clean. They thought of everything. Stocked with essentials and then some. Looking for our next excuse to return. Thanks for having us!

Lovely Condo

The condo is in an excellent location for enjoying Florabama venues. It is an easy walk to food and entertainment sites. It is beautifully decorated with a sweet little balcony facing the river and Ono Island. We saw dolphins almost every day and enjoyed seeing the boats come into the marina down the river. Dawn was very responsive to our inquiries while we were there. Our only complaint is that you have to run the faucets for several minutes to get hot water, especially on cooler mornings. Dawn explained this was due to the construction design of the building. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, appliances, pans and utensils. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo.

Center of it all but not intrusive

Cozy & chic condo on the bay with many things to do within walking distance. 3 of the most famous bars with live music within a couple of blocks. We went during the off-season but could tell the condo is just far enough away from the bustle to be the best of both worlds. Walk over & enjoy the party spots & after walk back to condo & revel in the serenity. The amenities & hostest were top notch. We definitely felt warmly welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back deck & just enjoing the view. Park style benches on the dock belonging to the property are a nice added touch as well. The bed is also worth mentioning. One of the most comfortable we've slept on. We found ourselves sleeping in more than usual. A most relaxing & comfortable environment. We highly recommend staying here.

What A View!

This property is as advertised. It was like new when we arrived. There are many activities nearby and plenty of restaurants within a walk or short drive. The view from the patio was absolutely wonderful. We found ourselves relaxing and taking in the view every morning, afternoon, and evening. If I were to be forced to give a negative, I would say there are two. You must be in good shape because the steps are all you have to get upstairs. And, there is no beach access across the street. But that is no real problem as the Public Access Beach is a short 1 mile away. We would book this property again! Thank You Dawn
