SeaSpray is a beautifully maintained resort with property on both the Gulf and Ole River sides of Perdido Key. It is one of the few complexes in the area that allows guests to bring their boats on vacation. The riverside marina offers boat slips on a first come, first served basis, along with a boat ramp and boat trailer parking available by the day or week. All boating arrangements must be made through the onsite SeaSpray management office, and boats must be properly registered with the CAM.
Don't have a boat. No worries! PKRM guests can still experience Perdido Key's gorgeous waterways through complimentary adventures like deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, and sunset cruises. If you prefer your fun on land, complimentary experiences may also include golf at Lost Key or Soldier Creek Golf Course and admission to OWA Amusement Park. Guests can book one complimentary adventure for each day of their reservation through the Xplorie App after booking their stay. Beach chair service is also available through the resort's vendor for guests looking to settle into a truly relaxing day by the Gulf.

Parking passes are not included in the reservation price. Parking passes are 55 dollars plus processing fees for each pass and must be paid separately to the condominium association after booking. A link to purchase parking passes will be provided after your reservation is made.
