Gulf Dunes Condominiums is close to Fort Walton’s shopping and dining and a mere ten minutes from Destin. Stroll along the beach to the Okaloosa fishing pier or Boardwalk. Dolphin Sightings and Fun in the Sun

Great location right on the beach. Good view from balcony where we could watch the dolphins swim by. Fun firework show for New Year's Eve that we could watch right on the beach. Communication was excellent and any issues were addressed in a timely manner.

Very Clean!

This place has everything a family needs. Home away from home. Beautiful views, and beautiful clean place to stay. About a mile walk to the pier and restaurants. Wish we had a few extra blankets is our only complaint. Bring extra cash to the beach if you want to use the canoe and boards as they are not included. Beds are super cozy and balcony is very spacious. We had the best family vacation. Thank you

The units are always clean and well-maintained. 401 was the first time I've had a corner unit and the extra windows and views were spectacular. The only complaint I have is the ramp leading down to the beach. My main reason for renting at Gulf Dunes is for the ramp because my elderly mom has trouble with stairs. There is a huge step down from the end of the ramp onto the beach. I watched a lot of people have trouble navigating the huge step from my balcony. Please fix this for your guests with mobility issues.

This condo is perfect! It's clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beach service was extremely convenient for our family and it wasn't a crowded beach like others we've been to. Totally recommend!

The Sea Blaster Water adventure was out of this world for kids learning to snorkel. The only complaints were - no shampoo or conditioner anywhere and if it rains, the balcony has no drainage. The water puddles a few inches deep. Still an amazing property and we will return!

Beautiful location

We truly enjoyed our stay. Super roomy and great view. Conveniently located to food and entertainment within walking distance. There was construction going on on the property so we did not have garage parking but they were easy to work around. The owners delivered additional dining room chairs while we were there so we had enough seats for everyone which was greatly appreciated. This was by far the largest condo we’ve stayed at with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool area was tight at times but was manageable. The late checkin was inconvenient after a long drive but that was made clean on the contract and we were able to use the facilities. The beds and couch are kind of squeaky but kind of expected when staying at a rental. All in all a great experience and we plan on coming back next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have rented this unit 3 times over the past 5 years. We always like coming back to the same unit so we know exactly what to expect. It's always well stocked and the location can't be beat. However, the owner should do some light maintenance to the unit to make it tip top again. Several light bulbs were out, the dining room table was very unstable, some of the doors/kitchen cabinets were very sticky. Normal wear and tear of a rental but overall it was a great stay! The property management was always very responsive to our questions too.
