Grand Caribbean is located gulf side, 100 yards from the beach, with private boardwalk access. Captain’s bunks built into the hallway and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area allow for extra sleeping and make Grand Caribbean an excellent value. This 700 SF ground-floor unit has a private patio with direct access to the pool and picnic area. Wood composite flooring throughout. 107 East is ground-floor with a private patio and great pool access. The condo was completely remodeled recently.

Was not as pictured in ad. Old rusted out porch furniture, kept getting rust and scratches when trying to use table. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Washer and dryer only worked on one cycle, was very old. Other furnishings were adequate for rental.
