Grand Caribbean 309 East is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath privately owned vacation home at the Grand Caribbean East Resort, just a short walk from the Gulf. This condo on the 3rd floor has a view of the gorgeous resort pool and has a nice glass patio table with two chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or a relaxing afternoon of reading. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 people including children and adults with a King bed in the master bedroom, full size bunks built into the hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom is attached to the full bathroom and the bathroom also offers access from the hallway. The living room has a flat screen tv with cable and the option of a DVD player along with wifi and has a sleeper sofa and chair for seating. The light wood table in the dining room seats up to 6 with 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is well equipped and offers extras like a rice cooker and small crockpot. Always a bonus is the washer and dryer located in one of the closets in the hallway.

Note: Grand Caribbean East & West are under construction through approximately July 2025. The working hours for the construction team are 7:30am-6:00pm. Elevators remain open but stairwells will be periodically closed. Please call for updates.
