Park in the driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes as well as against the fence on N 16th Ave. Apt A is accessible from the front porch while the access for the other three are inside the privacy gate. They all have electronic locks on the front. The access code will be sent within 24 prior to the stay.

This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.

Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
