    Great neighborhood to walk around with plenty of parks with basketball courts, baseball fields, a neighborhood Publix, places to eat and Cafe down the block if you want to walk over and get your morning fix of coffee. This is 2nd floor apartment & there may be guests in the downstairs apartment
