Dolphin Breeze is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath attached guest home located behind the main residence. While the home is attached, you`ll enjoy the privacy of your own separate entrance, allowing you to come and go as you please. That`s the beauty of Dolphin Breeze—you`ll have your own private space from arrival to departure.
Inside, you`ll find everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, complimentary Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in every bedroom for relaxing after a day of exploring Pensacola. The home comfortably sleeps families and groups with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and twin trundle beds in each of the remaining two bedrooms.
Step outside and enjoy the shared swimming pool, the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The pool is shared with the main home, and we kindly ask that guests enjoy the pool until 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property.
We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent—typically enough for the first 48 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer stays, we recommend bringing any additional supplies you may need.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using or near the pool. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Please note that the homeowner has pets and may occasionally be in the shared backyard area. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you respect the shared outdoor space during your stay.
