The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6 people. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a guest room has two full beds. Location of condo is great: right across iconic Peg Leg’s. Pool and hot tub are maintained well. Beach chairs are a nice addition. Shared condo space with good surface counter top area and couch.Guest room faces ocean with 1 window. Master bed frame is along exterior hallway with bright light all night. Bedroom furniture could use updating…Drawers of refrig and kitchen stuck. Pans low end stainless steel so hard to make eggs, etc bc of sticking. Did have both keurig and standard coffee maker so plus if a coffee consumer.Balcony is shared with unit to the right with wall between and on display for units on the left. Appreciated that the entire condo was smoke free which most guest seem to adhere to.

Price and location. Access to liquor store across the street and favorite restaurants within a mile and the best oyster bar restaurant across the street. The view from the balcony is gorgeous.

The condo was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. View was phenomenal in early AM and evening. Parking was easy! The beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. We had a wonderful quick vacation!

The location is supreme, the fact that there are two chairs of an umbrella waiting every morning for you to get to the beach is a huge plus. The decor is very nice, the pool was an added bonus after a hot day on the beach. Peg Leg Pete's restaurant is directly across the street that has a large menu. We will definately be back, price is very reasonable.

The view from the balcony was beautiful! The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The condo was very conveniently located. There was a corner store and restaurant right across the street. Just steps away from the beach. It was a great stay.

Fantastic Place to Stay

We had a great time staying at this beautiful place on the beach! The host was kind and quick to answer any questions that I had. Good location with the beach right there, the hot tub was nice when it was chilly out, and walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner and drinks was nice. A great place and we would stay again.

Wonderful week in paradise

We completely enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci 604. We were lucky enough to have been there for the Blue Angel’s show at Pensacola Beach. You could not believe the views we had of the jets. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and furnished well. The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend renting this room!!

Pensacola Getaway

Great ocean views with a pool. Gated community felt safe. Walking distance to a restaurant and convenience store. Having a couple beach chairs and an umbrella set up daily was a nice plus. We plan on booking again in the future.

Great stay!

The location on the beach is fantastic and the beach chairs a huge deal! Loved having our chairs out each day!The place is clean and comfortable. The king mattress could be replaced as sags to the middle. Also think it wouldn’t hurt to give us an extra roll of toilet paper and more than 2 garbage bags. But, the location on the beach was superb and made up for everything.Would stay again!

Relaxing October Beach Weekend

The condo was well-appointed with ample space for a family of four. There were plenty of towels (even beach towels) and it was clean. The balcony was our favorite as we enjoyed listening to the waves and watching sunsets. There is some wear and tear from previous renters, but it appears the owner tries to keep up with maintaining the rental. The location is fabulous as it’s across from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant and on the quieter side of Pensacola Beach. The pier, various entertainment places, and restaurants is a very short drive or nice walk on the beach away.
