3 Bedroom Updated Town House Just Steps Away From The Beach

Welcome to your beautiful, FULLY FURNISHED No Worries Town House. This house has been totally updated and ready to make wonderful memories for you and your loved ones. We are in a gated community right on the sugar-white sands of PENSACOLA BEACH. Park your car in the attached garage on the ground floor and laundry room is right off the kitchen as you ascend to the main level of this beautiful cabana. Here you will find the kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen has a huge island that you can sit and enjoy both dining and living space as one big room. The patio door leads you to an exterior terrace overlooking one of the 2 community pools. In the living room the couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. As you make your way up to the bedrooms you will find gorgeous dry bar and half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms upstairs are as followed: Master has a King bed, twin bed , TV & full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, another full bed with a TV , as you are making your way to Upstairs Bedroom 3 you will pass a shared full bathroom for these 2 rooms. Bedroom 3 has a Queen with a TV. The beach is just steps outside the front door, while the first pool is off the back patio, the 2nd pool is at the back of the property. Just across the parking area is the beach access, so you are literally just steps from the water. The garage has all the beach toys including, chairs, rafts, body boards, paddle boards, and bicycles. There is also an extra refrigerator. No need for cars as the free Trolley (download the app) picks up right in front of the facility bringing you all the way down to Ft. Pickens entry as well as all the shops and fun along the way running until midnight Memorial day through Labor day. If you are into exercising or just like to walk we have a paved path of over 20 miles along the beach, you will love this path. Ready to relax and enjoy good food and drinks? Head on over to the boardwalk and pier. There you will find numerous restaurants and bars. You can relax on the boardwalk overlooking the marina that includes jet ski, boats and pontoon rentals. Boats for charter fishing and dolphin sight seeing, as well as para-sailing are easily accessible. A book with all the info you need to get started on a great vacation is ready for you.

Definitely the best place ever

We have stayed in many places through VRBO and this place by far is the best one. As long as they rent their place out, we will be renting from them. Perfect spot plenty of room and so clean and nice

The condo was very clean and in a great location right next to the beach. Communication with owner was easy and quick. There was plenty of space for the whole family. The beds were very comfy.

Thanksgiving getaway

Everything about this location was great close to the beach and far enough away from the busy area. Easy entry accommodation. Loved having bikes after fixing a few issues. Would use this location again when we come back

Perfect location!

We had a family trip. With 5 kids and 4 adults, this house was perfect. Short and easy walk to the beach, no crossing roads with traffic. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. House was clean and comfortable. Bunks are so bles rather than twins which is awesome (2 children can fit in one bed). We will keep this one on our favorites list.

Family get away

This property was amazing. The condo was stocked with anything needed and was also very spacious. We loved that the owners had items in the garage that could be used by the renters. The owners were also very accommodating when we wanted to add days to our stay. The location to pool and beach was perfect and we also loved that the beach was not over crowded. Overall great stay. We cant wait to return!

Best Beach House!

This was the best beach house! We had our grown kids and their kids all together for 8 nights. The house was perfect! The pool was right out the back door and the beach a quick walk from the front door. The kitchen was well equipped and the center island was perfect for all of us to eat at or play games around. There were plenty of beach toys provided also chairs, a cooler paddle board and more. Two refrigerators made keeping enough drinks and food on hand easy. The host was great. I highly recommend and hope to return next year!

Quiet, Peaceful, Simple Stay

This town house was literally steps away from the beach. Cozy, simple, and so peaceful. It worked out perfect for our group. We shared this town house with friends. A total of 9 people. It was a double family vacay. It was clean, spacious, and loaded with everything we needed for the beach. (We ending up not using half of what we brought because we had no idea it was going to be this stocked!) BIG PLUS! The host was amazing. Very on top of things. The neighboring community was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!

Great family beach getaway!

We truly had a fantastic time. This condo is in the perfect spot in that the garage opens to road that leads quickly to the beach and the back door/patio opens to the pool. All beach toys/paddle boards/beach chairs/coolers were provided for us in the garage. we especially liked the bicycles. My husband and I went out every morning and sometimes in the evening and explored the area on the bikes. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had a handful of teenage boys that the bunkbed was perfect for. The only issue we had was that there needs to be more towel hooks in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are small so it would have been nice to have more towel racks and towel hooks to hang both towels and small toiletry bags. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time and this condo was great for what we needed. Thank you.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and stayed the weekend at the property. The property was exactly as described in the app. Literally a hundred yards away from a beautiful beach and furnished with all the beach toys you can imagine. A beautiful salt water pool was 50 feet from the back deck. The beds were all very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The area felt very safe and is very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great place to stay for a long weekend at the beach! The condo was spacious and kid friendly. It had a ton of beds and lots of extra towels for guests, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was stocked with anything items could need to cook and eat. They also supplied some items you don’t typically get in condos, like dishsoap, shampoo and conditioner!It was an easy walk to the beach and pool, and had a spacious garage to store all of your beach supplies from day-to-day.
