Totally updated 2 bedroom 2 bath home in a central location between 9th avenue and Davis Hwy- 3783 E Olive Road. Spacious open concept living room with large sectional and 75” TV plus a large dining table. Remodeled kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances. Vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire home. Remodeled bathrooms with one walk in shower and a second bath with shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer in unit. Two spacious bedrooms including a master with walk-in closet.

Centrally located off Olive Road between Davis Hwy and 9th Ave. 3783 East Olive Road. This home is on the first floor- no steps!

You're welcome to bring a vehicle! There is a space for each home and a couple guest spaces.

Dogs welcome! No cats, breaking this riule will result in a $500 fine plus pet fee.

Check in was easy and I was happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. Host was responsive and accommodating after concern over how hard the bed was. On the last night we stayed there was a water leak from the water heater. I heard dripping, opened the closet and found water all over and visible mold on the wall. There was water coming up from the floorboards in front of the closet and down the hall. Host denied any leak and provided no compensation for safety concerns.
