Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit.

We didn't end up staying here it was dirty and the floor was broken causing my child to trip and fall. There wasnt any ither rooms available so I had to contact hosteeva to resolve thebissue they told me i would be getting a redund . But im still currently waiting on that refund after 6 daus.

I found the Portofino to be such a special place. Very much a resort as opposed to a hotel with many amenities. Can't wait to return during the Summer.
