"It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. "The condo was nice, clean and very plesant to stay in. with tat being said, we only have a few suggestions.. the couch needs upgraded, swags in the middle pretty bad. The frying pans need replaced, the teflon is peeling off badly. (pots were fine) The other thing is an easy fix. There was only 4 towels and 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel, for the 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. There should have been at least 6 or 8 towels and washcloths and 2 hand towels. No one wants to start doing laundry your first day...

"Easy to check in and out. Directions for check in and out were communicated well. Location was great. Tv was hard to operate. Lamps, tiles and bathroom needed major repair and updating. Towel racks on the balcony would have been a plus. Balcony was nice size though. Nice to have washed and dryer in unit but had to self clean it because it was very dirty. Could have used a better clean up before check in. "

"Extremely dirty and DANGEROUS. Drug deals going on all night. Cockroaches everywhere. No soap or towels. Front desk not staffed when we arrived. Called on phone for somebody to show up. Paint falling off walls, trash everywhere. The shower did work and the toilet did flush. Super creepy. This facility should not be marketed on Expedia for any price."
