4th of July Getaway

Our girls trip to Portofino was wonderful, and fireworks on the 4th of July couldn’t have been better! We had a perfect view from our bay area condo and it was amazing to see the fireworks show up and down the bay. Jonathan provided all the necessary details about our stay prior to check in and made sure we had everything we needed. Our stay was lovely, the beach was beautiful and we will continue to return Portofino.

Great location, far enough away from traffic but still a short drive to dining. Convenient having restaurant/bar on site after a day on the beach, property owner very responsive, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view.

We could see the beautiful water on the sound as well as the beach. The sunset is prettier on the sound side. You won’t need to leave this place while you are here other than for groceries. The restaurant was amazing as well as the service.

Wonderful, relaxing week at this property! Check in was so easy, rooms were spacious and clean. Amazing sunrise/sunsets, the prettiest white sand I’ve ever seen. Great Vacation!

The property was just as pictured and described. Our family of 5 fit well - had enough room for everyone and provided the things we needed to make some easy meals and relax in the condo. There were lots of things to do (if you chose) or it was a great place just to relax. The location was wonderful and easy to access places in Pensacola. We would gladly stay here again!

The most relaxing birthday weekend!

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean! We visited for a birthday and ended the trip knowing we would be back! The location is perfect it’s located between two beaches perfect for walks in the morning. The view from the balcony faces the inlet area and is beautiful. Lots of space and has beach gear. The hotel has a Starbucks in walking distance so many pools and amenities. You can tell the owners took great care in making the rental welcoming to guests. We will be back soon and often we’ve found our new favorite rental!!

Just what the we all needed

The Portofino resort just made the top of our list for Florida Vacations. I no longer need to visit PCB or Destin which was our family favorite for years. Pensacola is just as beautiful and the water is just as emerald green and clear as the others without the thousands of beachgoers that Destin/30A/PCB offers.

This is a beautiful property and we loved the decor. My daughter thought it was made for me...very similar tastes. The island is beautiful and continues to draw us back time after time. We had lived just across the sound in 2004 and were hit by hurricane Ivan and then Dennis in 05. Portofino is like coming home.

We had a great stay at the Portofino. Our condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had nice views of the sound and gorgeous pool. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. The walk to the beach was nice, through the beautiful grounds on the property. Jonathan was easy to work with, and answered all questions quickly and cheerfully! Side note - the elevators in our bldg. were the fastest I've ever been on!

We love Portofino!

This is our Second time staying at Portofino, and we love it. The location of this condo was perfect, and it had everything we needed. Extremely kid friendly area with easy access to other restaurants and bars if needed. The AC in the condo went out and they were extremely accommodating to getting someone to fix it within five/ten minutes. Which my mind is above and beyond and fantastic service. This has been our new yearly spot for a family vacation and refresh!

So nice - you can’t beat the view. Everyone on the property was friendly. We had a couple issues with our unit nothing major and I’m sure they will be addressed before the next renter. I do wish there were more than one beach chair.

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The check-in instructions how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The view of the ocean and sunsets were spectacular. Portofino is truly a paradise! All the staff on site were very kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and once you arrive, there is no need to leave. We love to staycation here and look forward to next year!

Beautiful Resort

We had a nice week at this beautiful complex with the only exception that we were unaware that the beach retreat was going on this particular time. The grounds were extremely crowded at times with teenagers and It was a little loud late at night when it was supposed to be quiet hours. I do feel that when renting this condo during this particular week people should be made aware that the beach retreat will be going on and/or the condo significantly discounted. The condo itself was beautiful it smelled & looked pretty clean when we arrived. it could use some bedding upgrades mattress/ bedding and the sofa needed to be cleaned or updated a little dirty but other than these small details I would definitely stay in this condo again if we visit Pensacola.
