Bay Front- Water Access- 3B/ Great for Families!

  • This charming three-bedroom/2.5-bath town home is located just across the street from the beach and the Gulf and is directly on the calm waters of Sabine Bay.

    The main level of the unit includes an updated kitchen, dining area and large living room with views of the bay. The laundry area and half bath are also on this level. The three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the upper level. The master has a king bed and private bath. The two guest bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed, share a hall bath.

    Enjoy the lower level sitting area with access to the bay side of the property.

    Additional unit amenities include complimentary wireless internet, outdoor grill and community pier.

    You are only minutes away from dining, entertainment and shopping.
