Great location for a winter getaway. Right on the beach, close to everything. Quiet time of year, which was exactly what we were looking for.. Clean unit w super comfy bed. We will definitely be back.

Blue Angels Homecoming

We are locals from Valparaiso, Fl. and decided to make a weekend of the homecoming show. The condo was a perfect place to be. We enjoyed having morning coffee overlooking the view and sounds of the Gulf. It was so convenient to all the attractions and restaurants.

The property is conveniently located to Pensacola Beach with an picturesque view that overlooks the white sand beach and swimming pool. The complex' groundskeepers meticulously cared for the pool and safety of those who enjoyed swimming in the pool or easy access to the beach.

Extremely accommodating

Due to construction, we were unable to use balcony but owners were extremely accommodating. Property was very clean, all amenities functional, and view is outstanding. Communication was prompt. Would love to stay again.

It started off with great clear communications from the hosts about check-in, access codes, etc The unit was spotless and had everything you could need. The view is breath taking and I can understand why it is rated 10 out 10. We were a little skeptical going in about all the 10’s but add us to the list of those rating it a 10.

Loved our relaxing stay.

My favorite was the bedroom decorated beautifully, the bed is as comfortable as everyone said in previous reviews. View from balcony is excellent. It rained during our stay so we did a lot of walking collecting lots of beautiful shells. Not a complaint but being in then apartment so much due to the weather couldn’t get the channels in the bedroom like we did in the living room and I wanted to relax watching tv in bed. Only thing I didn’t like but, again, not a complaint and not the owners fault, when you go down to the beach, the guy that rents the umbrellas & chairs takes all the beach front, so you either have to get in front of people or behind them, we walked to the other property side and wasn’t a problem. If the weather had been what we wanted to be it would have been perfect, still was amazingly relaxing and would definitely come back. Take the time to read the guests book, so many people have shared their wonderful experiences at this property, it’s always reassuring when there are so many positive comments. Thank you Pat and Gary for sharing your little piece of heaven.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It was just the right size for my husband and me. The views were great. The bed was comfortable. I had to reach out to the owners because the WiFi went down and they responded quickly. I will definitely try to rent it again our next trip.
