Luxury beachfront 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhouse

This is a true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. This luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 14 guests and is equipped with amenities for a comfortable vacation. The property features a private elevator providing access from the large garage to two floors of living space. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, and a game loft with a Tiki Bar. Enjoy stunning views of the white sands of the Gulf Coast.

The layout includes a private garage on the first floor and two floors of living space above. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area, a living area with access to a Gulf-front deck, a full bathroom, and one bedroom with access to a private balcony. The third floor includes the master bedroom with a loft featuring a Foosball table, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms with access to a shared balcony and a third full bathroom.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, granite kitchen countertops, blender, Foosball table, private elevator, bar with ice maker, Tiki bar, wet bar, wine cooler, private garage for 2 cars, one reserved parking spot outside, charcoal grill, nearby beach walkover, and a game loft over the master bedroom.

Just steps from the deck, you’ll reach the world-famous white sand beaches. Enjoy morning coffee while watching dolphins, play in the surf, relax at the water’s edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions may be made based on availability.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Pet friendly with a $200 per dog fee.

Air show get away

This house was well appointed and could easily host larger groups. Very clean and decorated nicely. The location was easy for us with our plans for trip. Kitchen had great appliances and usability.

Great location! Having an elevator was a must for us since we were bringing our older parents. Townhouse was clean and well equipped. It could use some updated cookware but otherwise it was great! We would definitely recommend it!

Awesome Vacation

My family from adults to littles loved this townhouse and the area. The beach was clean and not crowded. We could walk to a lot of restaurants at night if we chose. The townhouse itself was very spacious and just as presented.

Family beach house trip

We had a wonderful time. No complaints. The master bedroom had a little bit of a tough time cooling down, but other than that, it was wonderful. We would certainly stay there again.

Great Location

Great location with plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations. Townhouse had all amenities you would expect like full size washer & dryer & bar with ice maker. Garage had room for two vehicles & was convenient to store beach stuff. I would high recommended a stay.

Family spring break trip

The rental was perfect for our family. My husband and I took our three grown children and their families including a 15 month and 6 month old. Everyone had their own rooms with appropriate beds for all, it is hard to find a space with enough beds for the married couples! The location was amazing and the rental had everything you could need. I would stay here again!

Great property directly on beach

This was a very relaxing trip, as my father just received a terminal cancer diagnosis and we wanted to take a final family beach trip. The townhome fit our extended family comfortably and the beach access was comfortable for him and the kids. Lots of memories were made! Thank you!

Quick retreat

Could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Steps to the white sand and turquoise water. Close to shopping and restaurants. We doordashed too. Beds were comfy and tge whoke house was perfect. Would definitely return if the listing is available.

We all had a wonderful time. It was very quiet. Unable to hear people in the kitchen/living room area which allowed others to go to bed early or sleep in. This was a plus for all of us. Plus there were plenty of towels.

Family vacation

It is so hard to get your family together after your children are grown and have their own lives. It worked out for us this year and i wanted the perfect beach rental and this was it!! This rental is so beautiful! The location was pertect! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the beach for those of us who wanted to be on the beach abd perfect view from the deck for my husband who physically couldn't make it to the beach. We love the view, the short walk to the beach, the kitchen is stocked very well, beds are comfy! It could use a good cleaning however it would not stop us from coming!! The dishwasher was a little too complicated for us "old" girls! See ya next year!!

Unbeatable ocean view!

Just as it is pictured! Enjoy the ocean view from the living room! Our family of 8 adults and 4 children (ages 4-7) plus our grand dog, enjoyed a week at this beautiful spacious condo. The kitchen is great! The bar area with ice machine and beer/wine fridge was very convenient too. We appreciated the big screen tv in the family room for watching basketball during March Madness. Both inside dining table and outdoor deck table easily accommodated our larger group. Location is great! Close to restaurants and shopping too. We hope to come back! We had a minor issue with a slow drain in the upstairs hall bath and the management company sent someone out within an hour to fix it.

The living room was Plenty spacious and having a bar with an under counter ice make was a hit We loved that the elevator went to the top floor. Not all condos in this same Complex reach the top. We will stay here again, however the tub in the guest bathroom upstairs could have used more attention to cleaning. There was mold in the jacuzzi intake. Other than that, which can easily be resolved the condo was great. We’ll be back next year and plan on staying here again.

Love the wet bar and ice maker in bar. Can’t say enough great things about 479!!!!

A bonus was when the Blue Angels did a fly over right in front of our Condo!! Amazing! So much fun that we immediately rented for next year!
