Welcome to Seas the Day – Unit N4, a beautifully updated 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo at Villas on the Gulf—just steps from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. This direct-Gulf unit sits two flights up (NO ELEVATORS ) and offers uninterrupted panoramic views from your private balcony. You truly cannot get closer to the water without getting wet.

Parking Information (Important – Please Read)

Buildings M & N at Villas on the Gulf—the only two true Gulf-front buildings—do not have dedicated parking spaces. Parking for these buildings is first-come, first-served in any unassigned, open parking space within the complex.

Carports and any marked/numbered spaces belong to specific units and are not available for guest use. Vehicles parked in these areas may be towed by the property.

During major peak weeks—especially Blue Angels and July 4th—parking can become limited. If visiting during these periods, we strongly recommend securing a space and leaving your vehicle parked when possible, as open spots may not be available upon return.

We provide this information up front so expectations are clear and there are no surprises on arrival.

Great location wonderful host

We have stayed here many times now and the place is such a great location and Mary has always been a wonderful host. Would love some new patio furniture but not a deal breaker by any means.

Great Stay at a Fantastic Location

You cannot get any closer to the beach. The location is superb. The rental has everything you need for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The washer and dryer really came in handy. We would stay again.

Wonderful spring break!

Myself and 3 teenagers had a great beach vacation at Seas the Day. The location is perfect. The balcony overlooks the gulf and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The quick access to the quiet beach was a huge benefit, plus the provided chairs and umbrella. The condo had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Beachfront Condo!

The communication from the owner was great and like many others said in their reviews this condo was well stocked. Items like toilet paper, dish/laundry detergent, and paper towels were provided in enough quantity to last our 4 night stay. Even coffee k-cups were provided! Beach view was great! Morning sunrise from the balcony was amazing. The area was quiet and the beach was not crowded. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Quick last summer beach trip

Location was great! Being on the beach with kids/teens made for a much less stressful time! We could easily go back and forth! Mary had everything available to make our time at the beach wonderful! It was great not to have to pack/buy these items!! Beds were super comfy as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids/teens! Hoping to come back soon!

Perfect spot right on beach

My wife and I stayed here as snowbirds for the winter and it was perfect for us. You’re so close to the beach there’s no need to set up chairs on the beach…just sit on the balcony! The kitchen was well supplied, and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom for maximum privacy. Communication with the management company was swift and easy. Well furnished and on the top floor for premium views. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Awesome location on the beach!

We had the BEST family vacation at Seas the Day! Clean and comfortable accommodations complete with special touches, and a perfect place to stay with 4 young children! The location is amazing!!! This unit is adjacent to the boardwalk (and outdoor shower) with direct access to the beach, which was perfect with young children. It provided easy access to run up to the condo if the kids needed or left something. The pool was great as well. The condo was well equipped with beach essentials such as wave boards, sand toys, chairs, etc. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked, and the condo even provides a pack’n’play if needed. The view from the windows and private balcony were stunning. Mary provided information for local attractions and eateries, and was one of the most considerate hosts we’ve had through VRBO. The location is also easily accessible to local attractions and restaurants. We plan to be back!!!!
