Gorgeous Gulf front 4 bedroom luxury townhouse with private elevator

This is a true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. This luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is equipped with amenities to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

The townhome features a private elevator that provides easy access from the large private garage to two floors of living space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, offering stunning views of the white sand beaches.

The layout includes a private garage on the first floor, with two floors of living space above. The second floor features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area, a living area with access to a private deck overlooking the Gulf, a full bathroom, and one bedroom with access to a private balcony. The third floor includes the master bedroom with its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with access to a shared balcony, and a third full bathroom.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Booking was easy! House was just as described. Very well kept up and very clean. House had every kitchen item you would ever need. Check-in and check-out went very smooth. Management company was very professional and called the day before our check in just to touch base. Great house for the price. Location was close to everything and just steps to the beach. Very quiet area and had nice walking/biking path down to the state park. Elevator was a huge plus for my 81 yr old mother. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving week. We are already planning to return again.

Amazing place

This was the perfect Mother’s Day getaway. We were able to check in early so had extra beach time. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the extras—-beach chairs and a cooler to roll down to the beach. I have nothing negative to say about this property. We will definitely look at returning.

Great space for family getaway

Spectacular views with plenty of space for families. The condo was very spacious and the bedrooms were large. Kitchens was great size. Several restaurants close by. Great space to spend quality family time.

Great location, close to restaurant's and shopping. The house was really nice, spacious, clean and the huge garage was awesome! We have a 23 feet GMC Denali 3500 truck and was able to park it into the garage which helped so much with unloading and packing when we left. Access to the beach was right there at the back door of the house. Enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Views are fantastic.Access to beach fantastic. We had a hard time figuring out the elevator, but that was just us. The doors going into the house didn’t unlock most of the time causing some concern. The property manager said they would look into it.

This year, the stars aligned with not only perfect weather, but a beachfront property that checked off all the boxes! White Sands offers all the comforts you'd look for, with an added benefit of an elevator to make your load in/load out that much easier. But at the end of the day, it was the comfortable living room and broad, spacious deck that proved to be the heart of my family's gathering and enjoyment. We simply loved the place, and can't recommend it highly enough.

price disparity

For the rate we paid, it would have been nice to have some of the little things "vamped up a bit" for instance, the toilet paper and paper towels were the lowest quality. The dishes, utensils were not clean. It's as if the cleaning staff are not required to check these items before each new guest.The carpet was badly stained upstairs, perhaps owner should contemplate replacing, or lowering the nightly rate.the location was amazing! the private garage and elevator were special perks! Overall, ok, but we have stayed in nicer, cleaner places on the beach for less.

Great restaurants nearby and lots of beach, water toys. Maintenance came immediately when called- elevator door wasn’t latched and he showed us the ropes.

Lovely large balcony deckto enjoy that fabulous view!Noelle was so sweet and responsive on everything, just a joy to meet and our family loved her. The one thing I would say is that she sent a man out to fix our stand alone ice maker and he came once, said turn it off and next day turn it on, which I knew wouldn't fix it and it did not. He never returned and that was not good as we use tons of purified ice. But again, all else was great!

The location is wonderful-away from the public beach and hotels and yet still a walkable distance to Peg Leg Pete's restaurant. We had plenty of space on the beach to relax and spread out. The townhome is steps from the beach and offers many great amenities such as grills, beach chairs, sand toys, a garage, smart TVs, and a well-stocked kitchen. The property is well-maintained, and the color scheme is calming in every room. There were only two minor issues- the light in the garage didn't work and there was no way to fill up the tub in the master bathroom much to the sadness of my five-year-old who still likes baths. The rainfall shower head and nice water pressure in the shower more than makes up for that. Do yourself a favor-stop looking for other Pensacola Beach properties if this one is available and just book it now. Oh, and if you have never been to the area, watching a Blue Angels practice is a MUST.

Right on the Beach Gem

The beds were comfortable and large, tvs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, private, fully enclosed garage. The deck was a fun place to hang out and watch the waves. It was located near some really amazing restaurants. There was a nice, huge grocery store in Gulf Breeze, which had everything we needed for the week. There are some cute shops around Pensacola Beach that we enjoyed going to. The beaches there are pristine! We took our 2 small dogs to the two dog beaches on Pensacola Beach. The West dog beach was super small, and I wouldn't go back there. However, the East dog beach was huge and we enjoyed taking our dogs there. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our pets. The only thing that we noticed was the carpet was a little worn and stained upstairs and living room furniture was a bit worn as well. However, those weren't problems that really affected us. We enjoyed going to Fort Pickens, Gulf Shores National Seashore and walking the beaches every day. It was a quiet place to get some down time for a week and would definitely recommend for people with small dogs or kids. You do have to scoop poop here and anywhere else you take a dog, even the dog beaches. There are animal control officers out at the beaches and there is also a leash law. The local residents we met were friendly and helpful.
