Perfect Location

This is a perfect spot for families. Close pool and beach access. Far enough away from all the madness of the pier. We were a family of 6 and it worked great for us.

Me & my family had an amazing time at this condo, just outside of the strip so not too far from everything but just far enough the beach wasn’t too busy! The condos were extremely quiet & family friendly! we will definitely be back!

Completely Peachy

Me and my friend took a girls trip to Pensacola Beach. We stayed at Peachy Keen, which was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean and safe. Everything we needed was supplied by owner. There was beach towels, beach chairs, and a wagon. Safety is the number one concern of mine especially when you have three teenage girls. The walk to the beach wasn't far and the pool is very close. I felt safe enough to let my daughters walk to the beach and go to the pool by themselves. Our overall experience was pleasant and stress free. Rudy, the owner, always answered if I had a question. If you are considering staying at Peachy Keen DO It! You will not regret it! I look forward to coming back for another vacation.

Weekend getaway to meet up with friends

The communication with the property manager was great. A little disappointed that the property manager had extra items available for us to purchase but couldn’t provide a couple bottles of water and a couple of k-cups for the coffee maker. The stairs were very steep and we were on the 2nd floor. Very hard to get everything in the the condo. Only offered streaming tv, not even basic cable. I realize we’re vacationing but it would have been nice to catch up on local news. The kitchen appliances were old the the freezer smelled like dead fish. The slider to the front porch had a 3 inch bar at the bottom and we tripped on it trying to get in and out. The screen on the slider was very hard to open and close so we couldn’t even open it to let the musty smell out. The beds were very comfortable and had ceiling fans to keep it cool. I couldn’t open one of the bedroom windows to try and get some fresh air in. Location was nice with just a few minute drive to the main area of town. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Didn’t use the chairs or wagon that were offered because the stairs were steep and we didn’t feel comfortable taking them up and down. This might work for others but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very nice place. My wife has very knee problems one replaced a fixing to have the other so stairs was a little bit of problem this time but not no fault other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The place is in decent shape and suited us just fine. It is a little further away from places to shop or eat than we thought it was, but we survived just fine

Roaches in the main bathroom, leftover used coffee and filter in the coffee pot basket, no dishwasher soap found ( I brought my own). I had assumed there would be a W/D, none in unit. Otherwise, not a terrible place to stay .....

My friends and I had an amazing stay, Rudy was extremely communicative and the condo was perfect for our group. The location is amazing, it was an easy walk to the beach and we had a fantastic weekend.

Peachy Keen was a great place ro stay in the P.Cola Beach area. It was everything we were looking for in a quick beach getaway. Comfortable living area, beautiful beach. The owner was great with communication when we had questions asked. He was prompt and very helpful. The only thing i wished for was laundry accommodations. But that would not stop me from going back. Our whole family enjoyed the stay.

Pensacola Flooding Weekend with best friends!

The property was very nicely decorated. My husband and 4 of my best friends went for the weekend. We had tickets to the theater for Saturday night. Brunch on Sunday and wonderful restaurants for lunch.The weekend weather was horrible for Pensacola Beach. But we had a wonderful weekend being together.

Nice condo at beautiful location. I wish it had washer and dryer, however condo unit has laundry room for use. It was easy to communicate with property manager, he was very nice and helpful with any issues. It would be nice to have extra toilet paper and maybe some cleaning supplies for people who stay little longer. Overall great location, nice condo, would recommend.

Great location, no beach view from property.

It looked better in the photos. It is a very short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. When we arrived the condo was very hot and I had to change the batteries in the thermostat to get air to come on. It stayed cool after that. Plenty of nice towels and beach towels to use. No kureg though, just a regular coffee maker. The condo was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A Great Place & Location!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Peachy Keen! All was Peachy Keen! A few things before your stay - bring toilet paper. The rolls on the dispenser are all ya get. The shower only gets a lukewarm and the knob that directs the water to the shower head only half works (even when all of the way turned on, half of the water is still coming out of the faucet and half coming out of the shower head :-)). Other than those few things, everything else was great! Close to the beach, restaurants, & other things to do! Recommend staying at Peachy Keen!

Girls trip

I came with my sister (53), daughter’s (33), (26) and granddaughter (15) to celebrate my 53rd birthday. The property is cozy, it could be cleaner! The hot water heater is terrible this in itself will keep me from re-booking property. We couldn’t even take one hot shower and have sufficient hot water. The condo below us had college age boys renting it and they partied nonstop 24/7 the entire length of our stay so we didn’t get any sleep. Someone reported them and their warning didn’t stop them. Other than these few things it is exactly as they said minutes walk to the beach, which was beautiful.

The worst stay ever!

When we arrive. We couldn’t get in and Rudy left a message for a combination number for the lock box for key and it didn’t work. We messed around with that for about 30 minutes in the heat. We got frustrated because we were tired from the drive plus we all had to use the bathroom. He finally let us in somehow from his phone. He then messages and says that the housekeeper will leave her key. We waited around and she hadn’t showed up so we left to get something to eat. The place needs deep cleaning even the furniture. The refrigerator handles were rusty and the freezer smelled like something died in it. The bathtub had running water while showering. We messaged the owner no response. We even messaged about the roaches in the bathroom, no response. We even have pictures of everything. This was the worst trip ever! We were all so ready to get home. I feel like we have wasted our money.
