"This place good, second shift staff has excellent customer service , first shift - not so much. breakfast was good but super busy! Hard to pick from when there’s so many ppl.. we did pay extra for parking. We also got the wristbands to pool-hop from 3 other next door resorts- kids loved it! The rooms were huge but the bathroom was so small!! Hard to share with 3 other ppl . "
"Beach was a perfect view and pool was great. The restaurant was pricy and would’ve been nice to have atleast breakfast complimentary and bottled water in the rooms. "
"Overall this hotel was above average. Noticed the lobby doors/windows, elevators and in our room, lacked cleanliness. Handprints and dust were in plain sight. Our room had a mildew smell, toilet barely flushed, the refrigerator had broken shelves and our phone didn’t work. For the premium price we paid, we expected a cleaner environment. Management should personally supervise the quality until cleanliness improves."

"Only one issue with room 1101 top floor for two days key card wouldn’t work at all maintenance did come up fast and we had many new re programmed cards made. Issues was with the door not closing and locking properly. After that issue was taken care of it was a splendid time at this resort. Great staff and great breakfast too fun times in the pool and hot tub. Short walk to beach. Highly recommended Mr Harrington "
"The room was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The area was absolutely beautiful. We were completely satisfied until the refrigerator/freezer broke. We didn't realize it until we noticed the ice cream sandwiches melted in the box. The waffles were mush!! We had to throw away everything from the freezer. The fridge wasn't cold enough for the dairy meats so to be cautious we threw away all the food. I contacted the desk. A hotel maintenance person confirmed it wasn't working. The desk calls me and says they are sending up a small refrigerator. Then a I get another call telling me they can't get a small refrigerator before we check out on Saturday. They apologize and say they will give me a $50 credit for the food I lost which was actually more than that. We ended up leaving earlier the last day especially since now we have no refrigerator. To date I've never seen a $50 credit. It just turned me off and the sad part is I would have given this 5 stars if that hadn't happeded."
