Beautiful 6 bed /6.75 bath Gulf View home with private (heated) pool that sleeps up to 24 people. ( Bathrooms: 6 full and 2 half - i.e. 6.75).

This gorgeous home sits on the north side of Ariola Drive and offers some of the most stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. From the first level to the second level and all the way to the roof top deck, the views of the Gulf will take your breath away! Just steps to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters, the Salty Sand Dollar is a vacation home that you'll never want to leave.

This home offers two large living areas, 2 washers and 2 dryers, 2 refrigerators, a wine cooler, and an ice maker. It also has an elevator (for medical use only). Enjoy the oversized deck that offers those stunning views of the Gulf or walk up to the roof top deck for a 360 degree view of the entire beach. Spend time with family and friends at the outdoor dining table either playing a fun game of cards or just enjoying an afternoon snack together. Everything in this home is practically brand new and the beds are extremely comfortable as well. Every room offers a flat screen TV where everyone can relax after a long, fun-filled day at the beach.

The kitchen is located on the second level and offers even more incredible views of the Gulf. This kitchen is a chef's dream with a professional ZLINE gas stove and a very large island which offers plenty of space to spread out and make your favorite seafood meals. It even has bar stools for those extra little helpers that all cooks need when preparing food for large groups. The oversized pantry is a great addition and the second refrigerator is located right inside.

Outside there is plenty of space to relax by the pool and plenty of seating for everyone. During the colder seasons the pool can be heated too! Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Enjoy time together by telling stories around the fire pit or just sit back and relax with your favorite book. We usually go to 30A but moved it to Pensacola Beach this year and we couldn't be happier! The house is amazing. Every bedroom is en suite with its own full bath. Huge kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Unobstructed views of the Gulf, easy access to the beach across the street. And the kids loved the pool! We will return next year!

Great Beach Getaway!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's 9th summer reunion to PCB. This house was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Great furnished kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 additional ice machines. Plenty of space for everyone. The floor layout is different with the kitchen, dining room and family room being on the top floor. At first it was an adjustment but we quickly fell in love with it. The view is amazing. Loved the birds nest!! Disappointed the price has gone up or we would rebook for next year. A list of the kitchen extras would be nice in the description/also be aware you will need to buy additional paper and kitchen(dish soap and dishwashing detergent) supplies as what is provided will not last for 7 days. We truly loved this house. Pool and backyard were great!! Close to the beach!!!

Very well done

We have stayed in many different VRBO properties but this was one of the best. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with good quality cooking utensils which makes a HUGE difference when cooking for a lot of people. Location was wonderful. There was one problem which we told the company which they said they are going to take care of. there is a bit of electrical problem. breakers blew easily would wake up in the morning and phones not charged because breaker blew also we rented a golf cart that was plugged in all night and only charged 3 bars because breaker had blown. same thing in the kitchen trying to make toast or coffee and having to move them around till you could find a breaker that worked.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our kids and grandkids had a wonderful week on the beach! This is a perfect new home with many amenities. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken after the check-in and my husband and I never got to share any time with them. We checked them in and never could go back. We had planned to share birthdays with our girls there and our son-in-laws retirement but it was not possible for my wheelchair bound husband or I due to a knee replacement. These events were held at a second house down the street with a smaller stove and a worn out grill, not great!!
