Gulf Front Luxury 2BR Condo w/ 2 Sunset Balconies, Pool - Starboard Village 422

Gorgeous and spacious Gulf Front Condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular unobstructed views from two large private balconies just steps from the beach! Completely renovated inside. Starboard Village - Unit 422

***** In summer, June - July, we try to stick to a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule. Please contact us for possible exceptions.
Six Nights rentals are available:
* Sunday 7/5 - Saturday 7/11
* Sunday 7/19 - Saturday 7/25

Main level has a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and a large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Balcony stays in the shade during the day in the summer months.

Second level has a two bedrooms with large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a balcony - hear and see the waves from bed! Master also has large walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer upstairs.

There is a comfortable pull out sofa with memory foam full size mattress in the living room. Condo sleeps 6. There is also a large two car garage below.

The main level balcony has a four chair high top table and two Adirondack chairs. The upper level balcony has two lounge chairs and two Adirondack chairs.

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb. There is a swimming pool with sun deck. We have four beach chairs, two umbrellas, bicycles, pool and beach toys available for our guests use. We also have a gas grill in the garage. There is a tandem sea kayak for guests of both our condos to use. We try to have everything our family would need and yours. Please let us know if you have younger children and need any additional gear.

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies. No pets allowed.

Wonderful location

This is a beautiful condo with everything you would need for your stay. All the beach equipment was so nice and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The location is great. The beach access was close and so were many restaurants. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Love the Starboard Village

I love the Starboard Village. I have stayed in 2 different condos and they were both beautiful! You basically have the beach to yourself. I will definitely stay here again!

Second time I’ve stayed here and second time I’ve had an amazing vacation. I will always try to book this condo whenever my family wants to take a trip to Pensacola. The place was very clean. Pictures do not do it justice. The view was amazing and we saw dolphins one morning! It’s a great location, quiet, and the owners were very responsive. Hoping to book another stay here.

Beautiful beachfront condo

This unit is right next to a short walkway to a beautiful beach. The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The beds we’re comfortable. Bathrooms very nice. We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations.

Excellent property for relaxing and beach time. Unit is nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Appreciated having beach towels, coffee, spices, laundry detergent and beach chairs, etc. provided. Loved that the unit is located in a quiet part of the beach yet in walking distance to a nice restaurant and a store.

The condo has everything you want for a beach vacation. Wonderful views of the Gulf from 2 levels and easy access to the beach. The condo is well stocked with cooking pots and utensils. And how can you beat seeing the Blue Angels flying right by the window while eating dinner on their way back home from a performance.

Beach front rental

This rental was great. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The beach is just down the stairs and across a short boardwalk which is very nice. We got the checkin information in advance which was very helpful and there was an ease of contact with the host. We look forward to renting from the host again.

Great beach getaway!

Condo had everything we needed, pictures were accurate, beds were comfortable, so close to the beach. Great views from the balconies. Plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys/float and even a tandem kayak to enjoy! Took a morning bike ride too. The host was easy to reach and offered lots of helpful information.

A wonderful stay!!

Jill was such a wonderful host! Everything was provided for our stay! The condo was beautiful and the views were top notch! Jill was gracious to answer any all questions and concerns. Condo had beach chairs and umbrella that we used daily. We enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels fly by, eating at our favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Pete’s, and visiting the Naval Museum on the one rainy day we had. We are looking forward to returning and would love to stay here again!!!

Amazing location and Condo

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great communication with the owner, she was kind enough to let us check in a little early. This condo is spotless, has an amazing view from both balconies, right on the beach. So sad I had to go home.

Wonderful place to stay!

The check-in was extremely easy. Jill was wonderful, attentive and gave us suggestions on what to see, what to do and where to eat. The location was spectacular, you are right on the beach. Every morning, waking up hearing the waves crashing was peaceful and relaxing. Jill also had all the things you need for a beach holiday, from beach chairs, umbrella’s, water toys, games, and the kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend renting this fantastic place, over and over again.

Fun Family Vacation!

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful condo right on the beach. The beach is powder white sand. The condo is clean and well stocked. You can watch the dolphins swim by as you drink your coffee on the balcony in the morning. We fell asleep listening to the waves each nIght. There is a 2 car garage that is well stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles…everything your family will need for a fun beach vacation. 5 stars!!!
