Spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Beach Front Condo directly on the Gulf!

Spectacular, unobstructed views from two large private balconies. The perfect vacation rental just steps from the beach!

Wake up to views of the sunrise over the Gulf from the master bedroom, then stroll on the sandy shore or visit historic downtown. Ready to relax? Unwind with a glass of wine, enjoy the sunset from your balcony, or walk to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner.

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!

We have another identical condo a few doors down, vrbo/855961.

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions. No pets allowed.

Great beach getaway!

Condo had everything we needed, pictures were accurate, beds were comfortable, so close to the beach. Great views from the balconies. Plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys/float and even a tandem kayak to enjoy! Took a morning bike ride too. The host was easy to reach and offered lots of helpful information.

Second time I’ve stayed here and second time I’ve had an amazing vacation. I will always try to book this condo whenever my family wants to take a trip to Pensacola. Great beach getaway!

This place provided the relaxing stay we were looking for. The beach wasn’t very crowded, so it felt very private. Loved having two separate balconies and being steps from the beach.

Wonderful location

This is a beautiful condo with everything you would need for your stay. All the beach equipment was so nice and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The location is great. The beach access was close and so were many restaurants. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Wonderful place to stay!

The check-in was extremely easy. Jill was wonderful, attentive and gave us suggestions on what to see, what to do and where to eat. The location was spectacular, you are right on the beach. Every morning, waking up hearing the waves crashing was peaceful and relaxing. Jill also had all the things you need for a beach holiday, from beach chairs, umbrella’s, water toys, games, and the kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend renting this fantastic place, over and over again.

Wonderful getaway!

Loved staying at this great beachfront condo. Liked the location and also liked that the beach in front of condo did not have large crowds. Great restaurants close by. Couldn't ask for anything better!

A wonderful stay!!

Jill was such a wonderful host! Everything was provided for our stay! The condo was beautiful and the views were top notch! Jill was gracious to answer any all questions and concerns. Condo had beach chairs and umbrella that we used daily. We enjoyed seeing the Blue Angels fly by, eating at our favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Pete’s, and visiting the Naval Museum on the one rainy day we had. We are looking forward to returning and would love to stay here again!!!

This was a great place to stay! It was clean! You’re like 50 feet from the Gulf. If you look at the other properties when standing on the beach, it is the closest to the water. Has a great view. Highly recommended!

Anniversary trip

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and was full stocked with everything that we needed. You can’t beat the location. We were able to either walk or bike to several places. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Christmas Getaway

The pictures do not do justice, the views are absolutely amazing from the balconies. The kitchen is a full size kitchen and the hosts are quick to respond if you have any questions.

Fun Family Vacation!

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful condo right on the beach. The beach is powder white sand. The condo is clean and well stocked. You can watch the dolphins swim by as you drink your coffee on the balcony in the morning. We fell asleep listening to the waves each nIght. There is a 2 car garage that is well stocked with beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles…everything your family will need for a fun beach vacation. 5 stars!!!

The place was perfect for our family! The view couldn’t be any more perfect! Overlooking the ocean was a big plus. The place was clean, had games, puzzles, bikes and beach toys to use. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Very Clean, Amazing Views

The place was very clean. Pictures do not do it justice. The view was amazing and we saw dolphins one morning! It’s a great location, quiet, and the owners were very responsive. Hoping to book another stay here.

Beautiful and relaxing

We enjoyed our week at PB! This condo is everything we hoped for. Beautiful views of the beach from the two balconies, equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds and a quiet beach. Jill and Brad were very helpful and super nice making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later!

Gulf Islands Beach Getaway

Great property right on Gulf of Mexico. Views from balconies are fantastic and easy access to beach with all the beach gear should need. Also came down to explore Gulf Islands National Seashore - Fort Pickens area and Opal Beach are easy access from the location though the beach at the property is not crowded and great location.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The listing is accurate and the views from the balconies are even more gorgeous in person. We liked the location of the property; it wasn’t super congested but still close enough to the restaurants and activities. It was so handy having the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc available to us. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent property for relaxing and beach time. Unit is nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Appreciated having beach towels, coffee, spices, laundry detergent and beach chairs, etc. provided. Loved that the unit is located in a quiet part of the beach yet in walking distance to a nice restaurant and a store.
