Welcome to White Sands 425, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, three-story Gulf front condo that combines comfort with style. Step into the bright and spacious living area, where large windows offer breathtaking views of the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. The open floor plan features a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV, vibrant decor, and plenty of natural light.

The dining area is perfect for large family meals, seating up to 12, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, an island, and stainless-steel appliances, making it ideal for preparing meals together.

Upstairs, the luxurious master suite offers a king-sized bed positioned to maximize the stunning Gulf views, with balcony access and a flat-screen TV. The spa-like master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a sleek double vanity. Another guest room on this level has 1 king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony with views of Little Sabine Bay, and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony that also overlooks the bay.

For extra sleeping space, the living area includes three queen sleeper sofas. This amazing townhome is also pet friendly so don’t leave your four-legged family members behind! (Pet fee required).

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a covered garage for parking, and a gas grill on the deck. White Sands 425 is ready to make your next beach vacation unforgettable!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live about 3.5 hours from Pensacola Beach and typically stay in hotels when visiting the area. This was our first time renting an Airbnb on Pensacola Beach, and while the location was absolutely ideal, we had some mixed feelings about the property itself.Pros: • Location: The house is located in a prime spot with direct beach access. The water was some of the clearest and most beautiful we’ve ever seen in Pensacola Beach truly breathtaking. • Layout & Space: The property is a three story home: • The first floor serves as a garage, which is very convenient for storing beach gear. It also includes a refrigerator great for quickly replenishing drinks and snacks for the beach. • The second floor is a spacious living area with a full bathroom. This space is easily large enough to accommodate 15 20 people comfortably. We only had 6 in our group, so we had more than enough room. • The third floor contains 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are generously sized, and the master bedroom has a stunning view of the Gulf. The bed is positioned in the center of the room facing the water, which was a beautiful touch.Cons: • Appliances: On our first morning, we discovered the coffee pot did not work. This was disappointing, especially for a property at this price point. We had to go out and purchase one ourselves. • Pest Issues: This was a significant concern for our group. We encountered multiple roaches on both the second and third floors. Alarmingly, we even saw them running across the counter and stove while we were cooking, which was completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint. • Maintenance & Upkeep: There were several light bulbs out across all three floors, which made certain areas dim or poorly lit. In addition, the bed facing the Gulf while beautifully placed was very flimsy and did not feel secure.Fi
